AAA, my home insurance carrier sent over Serve Pro to assess and immediately start on getting us back to a home that was comfortable for me and my family. With all the horror stores one hears of contractors, I must admit I was very stand offish at first when they arrived, but in the first 5 minutes of dealing with Alex and his team, I was put at ease with both their professionalism and courteous efforts to respect our home from any further damage. Started with entering with shoe covers which may be the norm for them, but NOT all 3rd party contractors. I didn't have to ask was the impressive part. Then after assessing the ordeal, before bringing on any equipment (Fans / Dehumidifiers) they laid down a thick padded walk way from the entrance to the stairs ensuring no equipment caused any more damage. The team worked very well together and explained to me what to expect, how things worked and a timeline of when the equipment was to be removed. They followed up 2 days later and diagnosed the situation and recommended 1 more night to be 100% sure everything would be fully dry. Upon the final walk thru, they removed their equipment and tested everything that had been a part of the leak to show me that everything was dry not only to the touch, but also by using their equipment in front of me explaining what he was doing, and sharing the results. Later that evening, Serve Pro reached out once agin to have a Senior VP (Marc Sallin) come by and conduct an exit review and walk thru ensuring if I had any questions, or concerns he would address them. Great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Made my experience a pleasurable one that has convinced me that some companies truly care and are only out to help you and get you and your family back to enjoying your home. After doing a complete renovation on my childhood home, we signed a lease to rent it for the first time. The new tenant called in her own mold inspector, who found mold in two places. I called 911 Restoration, and they took care of everything, including environmental testing for lead and asbestos, asbestos removal, mold remediation and retesting. They also wore masks, were very respectful, thoroughly sealed off the areas in which they were working, and left zero mess. Our technician, Roy, was patient with all my questions and clearly understood our urgency to get everything taken care of so our tenant could move in ASAP. I honestly could not be happier.

They were able to send out a couple of guys; They vacuumed the tiles of my house and also brought in several dehumidifiers, which were on for the next two weeks. The dehumidifiers got rid of the excess moisture in the air and on the surrounding tiles, and carpet. Then, a guy name Avi came with his moving crew, and they were really nice guys. They took a couple of days to wrap up all of our furniture and box all of our clothing from the closets in a very orderly fashion. All of our stuff was treated with respect and dignity, and they worked very fast. Then, we started working with a man named Dekel. He was very accommodating, a great listener and he was very patient listening to our story as to what happened with the flood. We had a couple of major events in our life, which happened shortly before the flood, and this is the last thing that we needed! Due to our home insurance acting very slowly on our claim, my husband and I had to sleep out in the living room on an air mattress for 2 months. However, the workers from Restoration 911 did everything that we asked them to do, including extra work that was not included with our claim, and they did so professionally and with no complaints. We even had a worker come on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They did not fuss working holidays and they worked with our ever fluctuating work schedules. Thank you, Dekel, and your entire crew on putting our house back together again.
