A water pipe in my building burst. Belfore responded quickly and I have to say they did a good job because over twenty units were affected. Well that's where the good job ended. About a week later I received a call from one of the supervisors who wanted to schedule some painters and since my carpet was damaged hearted me to pick out new flooring. I was leaving town so I gave him a spare key. Whoever he gave it to, lost it. He didn't take his name. Without my permission he changed my locks. The so called painters came in and obviously didn't prep the scene. There were droplets of white paint in numerous areas of my condo. There were paint smears on my entry door, the entry and exit door knob both the kitchen and bath faucets and some wood shutters. A wall clock was knocked off the wall and cracked. A print I had hanging up was knocked off the wall. The frame was cracked and the print ripped. My bedroon headboard had a paint smear. A black ottoman had white droplets. I can't believe that a so called professional company would hire such untrained workers. . read more

Please stay away from this company. I had them come out in February to do a small patch job, remove texture and paint the ceiling in a bedroom. A simple 1-2 day job I was told. Well over 1 week later they are finished and within 30 minutes after the painters left the entire ceiling starts peeling. I look at the patch work they did and it looks like a dent in the ceiling. I ended up having another contractor come in and finish. read more

The job is still not done 3 months later. They don't return my calls. They charged me for things they didn't do and charged me for time the crew sat in there truck in my driveway. I recorded at least 30 minutes of them outside for a 5 minute job. read more

This company came into my home and inspected the damages. I was at work and specifically told the woman to give me an estimate. My roommate called and said they started "work" already. I called FSA again and asked for an estimate. None were given to me until the job was going done! I specifically asked for an estimate only. I received a call saying it'll be $1,500. I was upset! Luckily, with hard stern calls, it was dropped down to $700. They performed the job but what a rip off company! I called Stanley Steamer, told them what happened and the damages, they would have done the job for $500. I called two other places as well and both said around $500. FSA is a rip off and steer clear! read more

We had experienced water damage to a ceiling due to sprinkler system going off in condo above us during a renovation last Feb. FSA brought in fans dehumidifier that required running 24 hrs a day for about five days at my expense, after numerous calls to some Steve guy and hearing numerous stories about the insurance company this and that and my signature required on documents a couple of times the work to this date has not been done. This is crazy, I don't know who called FSA at the onset but now I'm thinking they would be the last place I would call, maybe it was the management company that called, but sure as hell it wouldn't be me! read more

After major water damage to our kitchen and laundry room FSA did a great job restoring and replacing drywall cabinets and paint to make our kitchen and laundry look better than ever. FSA just completed a comprehensive restoration of our condo and we can not say enough good things about the experience. Tony, the project manager, stayed in touch during the entire process and is a pleasure to work with. The FSA staff was the height of professionalism and competence. Brandon and Trevell (carpentry, etc) produced great results within a tight schedule and displayed considerable problem-solving skills. Eddie (painting, sheet rock) obviously has an artist inside of him. The electricians (Bill and Ben) were absolutely superb, and Derek put down 4 floors in one day. The occasional glitch was accompanied by communication and follow up. We are very pleased and can recommend. read more

Do not let their contractors out of your sight. Wound up missing a Nintendo and my roomba robot vacuum as well as a couple of insulated coolers. First call left a message, no response. Second a couple weeks later call left a message got a call back saying they would look into it. Months later I call again leave a message no response. Finally go in and talk to someone, we're sorry it's been to much time for us to do anything. Their work is cheap I have to go through and touch up all the spots they missed. A balcony sliding door left open by a renter in our condo combined with a low air conditioner setting resulted in a severe mold growth, so bad that I could not rent the ocean front condo. I contact FSA on a Sunday. Steve examined the condo on Monday and his crew completely remediated the problem including painting the ceilings so that a renter was able to rent on Saturday. The cost was reasonable considering the promptness etc. Steve communicated with me throughout and was available when I called. I recommend FSA highly ! read more

What a joke these guys are. Came out, set up some fans and dehumidifiers which sounded like a train when they ran. Over billed for their "services", and were dragging their feet finishing the job, didn't keep me informed of what was going on, so I had A & I finish. Would never use this company again & it says something when your insurance company says they don't deal with them. read more

Absolutely amazing service!! We had water everywhere in the house due to a water pipe burst. They came in and went right to work. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was worried about mold because of all the water and this happened right in the middle of July. They soon reassured me that the water would soon dry up. The loaded my house with dryers and within two days I'm only slightly wet in one place. That's amazing! They have since assessed my damage and communicating to the appropriate people. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who ever is in a situation like this or worse. This has been a stress free process. I haven't had to chase them down at all. Each day they came to the house to assess the drying out process. They arrived on time every time!! Thank you so much for treating my home and my time with respect!! Do not come back again!!! unprofessional!!! 1. Full steam ahead has sub contractors, flooring people came over at 8 in the morning, never notified us they were coming over, they use a pass key to gain entrance into our condo, they did not ring the door bell or knock on the Front door!, they did knock ever so lightly on our closed bedroom door, they knock so softly my two dogs did not bark, thank God I was awoke, I said to my husband oh no they couldn't be here, yep they were, 2. about a couple of weeks later, the cleaning people came again, no calling ahead of time , not telling us the homeowners when they were coming out!! same thing happen. 8 in the morning, soft tap on the bedroom door!!! yep they were there. now today. 4/10/2018. on 4/9/2018 I called up full steam ahead and asked when are you coming out to do the final walk through, putting back up the smoke detectors, painting the trim, take off the painters tape etc I was told that FSA would be back at 9 thirty this morning, by 10:15 they were not here, I decided to take a shower, I closed by bedroom door and my bathroom door as well!! I stepped out of the shower and heard my dog jumped on the bed( don't forget I closed my bedroom door and since my dog cant open the door up!!! I grabbed my bath robe, went out into the living room he was putting back up the smoke alarm back up!! He told me well I knock and rang the door bell!! hooray for closed doors!! I told him to leave and do not come back!! I do not want FSA ever again in my home!!! If you are running late please call, or make arrangements for another day!!
