No dragging things out, no hidden surprises, no attitude--just solid, high-quality work from start to finish. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and under control. What really stood out was how organized and quick they were without being careless. They protected my furniture, worked as a tight team, and got everything done faster than I expected. I had reached out to several different moving companies and would say Jason was the most affordable option. On move-in day he and his team arrived on-time and got to work immediately. Since we were previously living with roommates our stuff was scattered between a few different rooms of the house. I was worried that would be confusing but they were on top of it! Some of our stuff was not packed well (including some delicate items) but they brought some gear and moved it with no issues. Upon unpacking we were impressed that not a single thing was broken! Pricing was ok but one of the workers broke an $80 item and he failed to mention it to the lead guy. I felt bad for the kid so I didnt complain but I felt a little jaded after paying $500 because I had to pay for their truck to be refueled from Petaluma to Santa Rosa and back. The only reason the price was lower is because I helped and had most of my items boxed, stored and ready to go which cut down the time moving stuff.

I therefore felt confident to again call up Julie and ask her to send a team to move the same Furniture minus some very large pieces to our new home. What a nightmare, The team arrived and immediately tried to turn it into it two day move. When we declined, they became frustrated and things proceeded downhill. The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! They built a cardboard ramp to move our furniture and boxes down a staircase-despite our protests (we were on a very tight schedule and felt desperate ) this destroyed furniture and boxes,literally ripped the bars off of wardrobe boxes, all in the exact same way. Left half of our furniture and goods behind, this we have learned are called hostage loads, to force the second day move and despite a contract tried to charge us Twice the estimate! Owner promised to repair and replace Furniture late that night, as I protested and shared the extreme damage and the fact that half of our belongings were left behind . They did not follow through. She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us! Please beware and stay safe and avoid this company,It has changed greatly. These movers will not treat your home and belongings with Care,as we believe they know that there will be no remedy for their customers as the owner stated herself! That seemed reasonable, but over the course of our conversation, the quote just kept going up, even though none of my information had changed. Reasons I was given were that they had "forgotten to look up the drive time" before they gave me the initial quote, and then that they had to check with "their team," who told them they had to raise their rates even more. I asked if they could honor their original quote, or even the second quote they'd given me ($550), but they refused and told me $750 was the new lowest they could go. It was frustrating to spend the day going back and forth with them trying to nail things down only to have them keep moving the goalposts on cost. If it went up $300 over the course of our conversation (again, with absolutely nothing changing on my end), I hate to think how much more it would have gone up or what new surcharges they would have found a way to apply if I'd actually wound up using them for my move. They were prompt in their responses and pleasant to talk with - and they might be great movers, I wouldn't know! I just wouldn't trust them to stick to their quotes.

I was a bit skeptical, and considered having my friends, and family help me move instead- but I'm so glad I did not, and can't imagine moving again without using movers. Sunny's team accommodated me on a short notice with reasonable pricing. They helped with the disassembling and wrapping of larger fixtures and furnitures, and worked so efficiently. There were no damages to my items either.

Overall our experience was good, but I don't think I would use them again. A little background: It was a super hot day, and I felt bad for the movers. They didn't seem to have water or proper PPE for the weather. The positive: Movers were on time and ready to work! Items were moved carefully, but they probably could have used a third worker based on the items we had. I feel I was transparent with how much items we had including heavy items. The negative: Two movers were not enough based on the items we had including heavy items. The move took much longer than expected. Movers seemed really irritated the whole time, which I can't tell if it was from the heat or we did something wrong. Movers also left garbage behind and we had to clean up after. Usually the moving company will follow up after to see how things went, but we never heard from Nancy. Nancy also said she would come to check in during the move, but never did. We paid, and it was done. I think overall, it was a fine experience, but not to the level of other moving companies I've worked with before. Based on the more recent reviews, it looks like some improvements have been made which is great!
