They offer many different types of Sugaring but I can say that each time Cecilia does it she does an excellent job. Once confirming my appointment, they had forwarded a photo of their new rules for the customers. Which is totally understandable. I was sent a link for a pre-screening questionnaire the day prior and took no longer than 2 minutes to fill out. On the day of my appointment, I had arrived 5 minutes prior as per their rules. No other customers were in the salon at the time. As soon as I entered, there was another pre-screen survey and temperature check. They sanitized their work area and seat prior to me sitting down in the chair. As always, I was very happy of the end results of the eyebrow threading. They do a very thorough job and take their time. I never feel rushed when I am there. Their prices are fair comparable to other salons. And plenty of parking behind the building and street parking. I will be back again in 2 weeks for another touch up! I highly recommend this salon for all your threading/waxing needs.

I felt like she was trying to create an arch when my brow just does not naturally arch so it created the middle of my brow to look thinner and unnatural. After the tinting, I know it looks more dramatic bc the dye is more prominent but it's clear where she put the dye and how it was going to look and it looked so uneven and I know my brows don't look THAT uneven. I had tinting done before and it looked amazing, but this time around at this location it just wasn't good. Would I go back? I would to try and give them a second chance maybe I just have to be more clear and explicitly say just clean and keep it thick but we'll see.

This person for me is Ann Di Marco, Certified Electrologist. My first phone call with Ann fully convinced me that she wants to help me and is the most qualified person to do so. We played a bit of phone tag, but she made sure to return every single call I made to her. She willingly answered all the questions I had regarding electrolysis, her experience, her methods, etc. I scheduled a one-hour session with her at the end of the phone call. She moves quickly and doesn't answer the phone during your session - she respects that you are paying for the time so she doesn't waste a single second of it. $75 is what she charges for one hour (I included a photo of her pricing list) and she refused to take a tip! This only furthers my original belief that she really does want to help people and isn't in this just for the money. She stops very briefly to cool down the area that she is working on and frequently checks in with you to make sure you are comfortable (or at least, as comfortable as you can be with this type of appointment). Her office is quite easy to find and on a main avenue in the town of Hawthorne. Parking is available in the back & Ann personally greets each guest. Reservations are required, but Ann is flexible and will work with you to find a time that works. Recommended? Highly so! I am really looking forward to my future sessions with Ann.
