The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. Previous repairs by another vendor where glue slopped out etc. were noted as a matter of pride -- "we take the time to do it right."
