I've been here twice now and the first time I saw the dentist right after the cleaning but for the second visit it was a cleaning only so did not see the dentist. This is different from every other dentist I've been to as the dentist usually pops their head in to do a quick look and confirm they agree that all is well. Because I've had the same hygienist both times and really like her and the guidance she provides, I was not concerned about not seeing the dentist. However, worth noting in case others are also used to seeing the dentist regardless if there is an issue. Overall, I've been very pleased with the dental care received at Mullins Colony and will continue to visit them every 6 months :)

I pulled into a spot that was numbered, then called her office to let them know I was there, and when my chair was ready I was taken straight to it, after filling out a form and temp taken. I was even checked out while in my chair, so I could go straight back to my car after the cleaning. The office was so clean, extremely clean. I felt comfortable having it done. Everyone was in their PPE.

That's not even something to consider. They are some of the friendlist individuals I have ever met, and I grew up in the deep South. What I have come to appreciate about this business (because it is that) is timeliness. If your appointment is for 2 pm, be there a few minutes early because at 2 pm you will be walking back to a room. Whatever the purpose of the visit, you will taken care of and on your way quicker than most haircuts or fast food drive-thru's. Aside from the typical care, I also began the use of Invisalign almost a year ago. They have walked me through this process and are helping me progress to a better smile. His staff was great about working around my schedule as I could only get work done during my breaks from work. Dr. Massey is meticulous and careful in his work. If something's not right, he will make sure it's fixed. He also cares about the aesthetics of my smile. My mouth looks much nicer than it ever has (even compared to what it looked like before all of my problems started). Dr. Massey and his staff also care about my comfort and anxiety. I once had two straight days in the chair and forgot my protein shake lunch. One of his staff members gave me her own protein shake so that I could eat! Moreover, Frances gave me the email of this business. So, my former out-of-state dentist could send my recent X-ray wings to save on unnecessary expenses. Prior to the time of my appointment, a kind reminder was sent by text message to my cell. Everything was pristine on-site. The luxurious waiting room was modern and soothing with grey touches and plenty of comfortable seating area. Complementary coffee, tea and chilled bottles of water were offered. There was also a TV screen, magazines and children's books. The bathroom were located on the right side of the reception. The competent, customer-oriented and pretty hygienist Brooke did a thorough and painless dental cleaning. I appreciated Brooke measured beforehand the depths of each of my gum pocket. After the dental cleaning and polishing of my teeth were complete, Brooke gave pieces of advice on how to improve further my maintenance routine: 2.1. I should diminish the amount of sugar consumed. 2.2. Teeth should be brushed with an extra-soft toothbrush at a 45 degree angle. 2.3. Each tooth should be flossed individually by being hugged in a C motion. Then, the knowledgeable, agreeable, honest and easy on the eyes David Perpall, DMD performed a visual inspection of my teeth. I liked David didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. This dentist seems to have the best interests of his customers at heart. This venue has convenient opening hours: you can book appointments as early as 7:00 am. You can park easily on their free parking.
