Tried calling to make an appointment and the front desk lady hung up on me. When I called back, she didn't pick up.

I love that they pair you with a hygienist - so you'll have the same one every time unless something changes. When my hygienist left, I only had one bad experience, and they immediately paired me with my awesome new hygienist. Dr. Vaughn has had to fill cavities for me and the shots are painless. She had this weird little distraction technique and it works like a charm every time. They have heated blankets and TVs for your comfort. Her office staff is very good about having you in and out. Also - good with kids. My mini loves the dentist and they give great recommendation for dental care for the littles. My only con: they are not in network for most (if not all) insurance. I am ALWAYS overcharged - so I always have a credit on my account. They don't automatically refund your credit, they just let it rollover to the next visit. So chances are, if you ever switch offices and your not aware of how much of a credit you have - you'll be leaving some money behind. They are also a little pricey. But you know - it's hard to find a good dentist.

Dr. Perpall is thorough and helps to problem solve when you have pain or concerns. He is really patient with me as I am deathly afraid of needles and takes time rather than jamming a needle in your face because he has other patients. This place exceeded my high expectations. The friendly receptionist Frances was accommodating to book my appointment for a dental cleaning the same day. Then, Frances located rapidly my dental insurance. Moreover, Frances gave me the email of this business. So, my former out-of-state dentist could send my recent X-ray wings to save on unnecessary expenses. Prior to the time of my appointment, a kind reminder was sent by text message to my cell. Everything was pristine on-site. The luxurious waiting room was modern and soothing with grey touches and plenty of comfortable seating area. Complementary coffee, tea and chilled bottles of water were offered. There was also a TV screen, magazines and children's books. The bathroom were located on the right side of the reception. The competent, customer-oriented and pretty hygienist Brooke did a thorough and painless dental cleaning. I appreciated Brooke measured beforehand the depths of each of my gum pocket. After the dental cleaning and polishing of my teeth were complete, Brooke gave pieces of advice on how to improve further my maintenance routine: 2.1. I should diminish the amount of sugar consumed. 2.2. Teeth should be brushed with an extra-soft toothbrush at a 45 degree angle. 2.3. Each tooth should be flossed individually by being hugged in a C motion. Then, the knowledgeable, agreeable, honest and easy on the eyes David Perpall, DMD performed a visual inspection of my teeth. I liked David didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. This dentist seems to have the best interests of his customers at heart. This venue has convenient opening hours: you can book appointments as early as 7:00 am. You can park easily on their free parking.

Not that she did anything out of the way, just seemed off. I absolutely loved the lady who was in there with the dentist. She seemed young but was very concerned with how I was doing. The dentist was non-judgmental and was very calming. He explained everything to me but did not put any pressure to do anything. He seemed to REALLY care about his patients. I will recommend and would go back without hesitation. As a plus, they had a small area for small children to play which is something that many offices forget to add. It is nice to have that as a distraction for little ones.

I told her I would like to schedule a routine cleaning and she said that I could come in tomorrow. I told her who my previous dentist was and I was told that they would get my records. I went in today, they did not have my previous x rays. They tried to have me take x rays without verifying that it was time or that my insurance would cover it based on the last x rays I had. Which it was not time... Then when I went to check out after my cleaning with no x rays, the office personnel told me that I owed $78 for the cleaning. Of which I have never had to pay anything for a cleaning. She then informed me that they were an out of network provider. This is all information that should have been given before my cleaning. I will not go there again. Very disappointed!

I had an extremely distressing experience with Dr. Ngoh that I feel obligated to share…read more I was initially referred for a root canal due to very minor, radiating pain from a previously capped tooth (#30). However, after the procedure, I experienced sudden and severe pain--far worse than anything I had before treatment. Dr. Ngoh told me I needed a second root canal on a different tooth. I was in such intense pain that I agreed to paying for the additional procedure on tooth #31. Unfortunately, the second root canal did not resolve anything. The pain and cold sensitivity remained exactly the same, which strongly suggests the post surgical issue was not properly addressed. When I returned feeling exhausted and desperate for relief, I was met with a flippant attitude and told I simply needed a night guard due to teeth grinding. He repeatedly stated that I am medical and should understand ( I am an ICU nurse.. not in dentistry). I understand that medicine is a practice and sometimes adjustments need to be made as no individual is the same. What's most concerning is that I left his office with a developing abscess following his procedures, without being prescribed antibiotics. My face and surrounding tissue became red, hot, and extremely painful. When I became visibly distressed, his response was highly inappropriate--he touched my knee and told me he "loved me". I left in a state of absolute panic. I later followed up with my general dentist, who was alarmed that a second root canal had been performed on a tooth that was not part of the original referral and did not appear to require treatment. They immediately prescribed antibiotics to address the infection. After seeking a second opinion, I've now been told I need retreatment of the original tooth or possibly an extraction and implant--outcomes that could potentially have been avoided. This entire experience left me feeling taken advantage of, dismissed, and deeply uncomfortable. I would strongly caution others to seek a second opinion before proceeding with treatment and definitely think twice before choosing Ngoh as your endodontist.

The dentist asked about my pain. I've actually had more pain since the filling was placed. The dentist sends me back to the endodontist Dr. Ngo for reevaluation. The same person I saw the first time. The assistant takes an XRAY and Dr. Ngo comes in and asks me what my problem with his office is. I tell him I don't appreciate the back and forth as my tooth is getting worse. He asks why I came back. Well I want my tooth fixed and he already has imaging. He excuses himself and comes back asking about my Google review. He tells me I can choose to go somewhere else just as he can choose not to see me, so he will not see me. WHAT A FRAUD. The original review MUST BE TRUE since he's so offended by it. Original Review: Feels pretty scam like. I was referred here from dentist Tiara Marshall. She stated I needed a root canal when she looked at my XRAY. So I went to the endodontist. Soon as I walked in, there this giant fish tank and the office is pretty lush. I already know if your doc sends you to a specialist, it will cost special money. So the endodontist does a scan called CBCT. It costs $260 up front and not covered by insurance. Also if I want a copy of this scan it still costs another $25. They continue to do other imaging. I asked why they couldn't get the imaging from the office that referred me? The assistant stated those records do not show up in our system. So all I'm hearing is $$ adding up. The dentist comes in and looks over the images and then examines my mouth. Guess what... I do not need a root canal. He recommends a filling and a crown. Great news I suppose. But I know I won't be excited about whatever else I have to pay when they actually run the insurance. I bet these dentists are all in the same friend group making unnecessary referrals.
