After many sighs and huffs, she informed me that their soonest appointment was 8 months out. I told her I would take it and hope they would let me know if there was a cancelation sooner. Never got a call. Fast forward 8 months to 2 days prior to my appointment, the same woman calls me to inform me that they have to cancel my appointment because they do not have a 2nd hygienist working that day. I asked if I would be rescheduled soon, since I had already been waiting 8 months to which she replied very rudely, "I don't know where to put you, we don't have a hygienist. I will call you back." A week later, I still have not received a call from that office. This has been by FAR the most unprofessional dental practice I have ever worked with, and the most unfriendly. I can't comment on the actual Dr. Boyd, as I never got to see him. But the woman who works for him is definitely hurting his business. I would think twice before calling them to schedule if you are a new patient.

If they did, they really didn't understand my questions. One crown fell off immediately and then again. It was awful. Then a couple days later the next one falls off while I'm in bed and it's gone. Their dentist isn't in on Fridays so I didn't get the lose crown fixed last week and kept being told my bridge will be in this week. Well it isn't coming in, and I'll be back for the 3rd time just for these 2 temporary crowns. My partials don't even dit on the top with the one new crown. Feels awful. I look terrible. I am very disappointed bc I had the impression everyone knew what they were doing. Never had dentist apologize to me in voice-mail before. But come on. This is terrible as a new patient.

The friendly receptionist Frances was accommodating to book my appointment for a dental cleaning the same day. Then, Frances located rapidly my dental insurance. Moreover, Frances gave me the email of this business. So, my former out-of-state dentist could send my recent X-ray wings to save on unnecessary expenses. Prior to the time of my appointment, a kind reminder was sent by text message to my cell. Everything was pristine on-site. The luxurious waiting room was modern and soothing with grey touches and plenty of comfortable seating area. Complementary coffee, tea and chilled bottles of water were offered. There was also a TV screen, magazines and children's books. The bathroom were located on the right side of the reception. The competent, customer-oriented and pretty hygienist Brooke did a thorough and painless dental cleaning. I appreciated Brooke measured beforehand the depths of each of my gum pocket. After the dental cleaning and polishing of my teeth were complete, Brooke gave pieces of advice on how to improve further my maintenance routine: 2.1. I should diminish the amount of sugar consumed. 2.2. Teeth should be brushed with an extra-soft toothbrush at a 45 degree angle. 2.3. Each tooth should be flossed individually by being hugged in a C motion. Then, the knowledgeable, agreeable, honest and easy on the eyes David Perpall, DMD performed a visual inspection of my teeth. I liked David didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. This dentist seems to have the best interests of his customers at heart. This venue has convenient opening hours: you can book appointments as early as 7:00 am. You can park easily on their free parking.

Been going here for years, love the staff and our dental hygienist.  But my insurance changed their…read morerelationships on January 1 and had an appointment on Jan 25.  I didn't know that coverage had changed and their office completed services knowing that coverage had changed and when insurance denied the claim the dental office sent me the full bill.  From reading comments elsewhere online I am not alone in this poor business practice.  I would love to keep going here but now they are not in network.   I feel they should have done a more thorough job to verify coverage.
