I explained I didn't like matcha as it tastes like grass to me and he said he understood and then he talked me into the caramelized banana latte, and I'm not mad at all. This is one of the few places offering it within the DFW area, and I would say they succeeded in bringing these flavors to us. The shop is located in the back of Cedar Market Ranch which offers various low-cost produce to the community. I placed my order online, about 8-10 minutes prior to arrival and when I went to pick up, it was refrigerated and ready to go once I greeted them and showed them my phone. In terms of flavor, I suppose it just might not have been for me, the raspberry was strong and sweet, which was delicious. However, once you mixed it into the latte, the flavor was really muted and I no longer got the taste, and I could barely tell that the cream cheese cold foam was there. However, separately, the components were very good and I knew what they were. I think that the levels between them just might need played with a bit, and I would opt for extra sweet next time. Besides that, the space is lovely. There's some nice picnic style tables to sit at, it's indoor so you don't have to worry about the Texas heat. I would like to go back and try one of their signature lattes.

It's located inside of a retail strip/courtyard. It was high noon and HOT so I was excited for a cool drink. The staff were sweet. You could tell they loved their jobs. Upon entering I noted their fridge with options to purchase milks and other small grocery finds. My absolute favorite part of the cafe was their prayer wall where patrons left all kinds of prayer requests. I got teary eyed reading the vulnerability and pleas from those needing prayers. It was beautiful! I ordered the banana and blueberry iced matchas with cold foam, both half sweet. I think I'll try them again with their full sweet option and see if I could taste the flavors better. Not going to dock them though, it was my choice to modify.
