Everything we have had here so far is top-notch. Whenever we try a new place, we always take a look at the pork fried rice first. It's perfect. It's full of flavor and exactly what pork fried rice is supposed to be, not those pale imitations that you seem to get at other places nowadays. Order was placed via DoorDash and the delivery took awhile because the restaurant made an error with the order. The delivery guy discovered that the restaurant made sesame chicken instead of shrimp. The order arrived lukewarm, soggy, and mushy. I am unsure why the sauce was so viscous and the shrimp so soggy. It wasn't exactly what I was hoping to receive. It also had no utensils included necessitating me to go down to the hotel lobby to find some. Maybe I just ordered the wrong item from the restaurant but I was expecting better quality food for $25. read more

BEST Chinese food I've had since moving to Virginia. We're from Massachusetts where the Chinese food is much different than most places here and this place HIT THE SPOT. I knew we were in the right place when they told me they make their own duck sauce, which doesn't seem to be the norm around here. We got a bunch of stuff and every single thing was perfect. Hot & Sour Soup - flavorful, packed with ingredients and served with crunchy wonton strips. Loved it. The pork spare ribs were insanely tender and flavorful. They don't have a boneless option, but the meat falls right off the bones. Beef teriyaki was probably the best I've ever had. Juicy, tender and lots of flavor. Thinly cut, but not a bad thing. Sweet & sour chicken was great. I also tried their lemon sauce which you can get instead of sweet and sour, which I preferred. The lemon sauce is another thing that I haven't seen elsewhere in the area but I love up north. Egg Foo Yung and Pork Fried Rice were definitely stars of the show. We will absolutely be back and probably will become regulars! Customer service was friendly, inside was very clean and everything was obviously very fresh. We had a taste for Chinese food, and I'm so glad we found this place. As the photos inside were few apart upon entering the space, the smell of delicious food let us know that we should have a seat at 1 of the 4 tables to dine in. A kid in the front doing homework and playing on a tablet, this food is going to hit! A calm, hospitable guy took our order and served us during the visit. Pot's clinging loudly in the kitchen. Orders going out for delivery and pick up at a blistering pace. Everything is cooked to order.So it took a while for everything to come out.We had salt and pepper wings, their version of triple delight, a spring roll, and my mom's beef dish. I forgot to take the picture in the container before it was half eating and than transferred into my bowl. I ask my mom to go to order singapore Mei fun. The noodles were like ok it broken up. The veggies were good. The meats in the House Singapore Mei Fun was good too. There wasn't enough wok heat though. This was the "BEST" Chinese food I've had in a while. First, it's not a big restaurant because it's located in a shopping center. Most importantly it was clean, not fancy, so don't judge. The young man that waited on us was very kind, knowledgeable,and soft spoken. He was amazing. You can see the chef in the back while he's preparing your food, hearing clinging and stirring from his wok. It was very nostalgic and fun. I had Hunan Chicken, pork fried rice with a spring roll. Still one of the best Chinese food places I've been to. My dad and I came here for lunch today, and after a bad week, this really hit the spot. I ordered their crab rangoons, and their vegetable ma po tofu with a side of pork fried rice. My dad ordered egg drop soup and orange chicken with pork fried rice. His soup and my rangoons came first not long after we placed our orders, and they were both good temp. They were hot enough to eat without burning our mouths, which I appreciated. I ate one before I took a picture, I was so excited. It was great, the wrapper was very thin, and crispy, and there was a good amount of filling inside, which was seasoned real nice. The dipping sauce was also good and standard, not too artificial or anything. The soup was nice, eggy, brothy, not weirdly gelatinized or anything, just needed a spot of soy sauce. A little after we had finished our appetizers we received our entrees. I was astounded when I got mine. I mean that was literally a whole block of tofu in the bowl. A few pieces of broccoli and mushrooms were in there, and bits and pieces of carrot and other vegetables were in the sauce mix. The sauce itself was soy forward, and had good flavor. Tofu was cooked nice, still tender and bouncy, not falling apart or anything. It had soaked up all the juice so it was quite flavorful. The rice was fine as well, as good as last time I was here. I just could not finish it all, I had to take some home. As per last time, our waters were very well attended to, and overall just great service. Can't wait til next time! read more

From the moment I saw they served duck, I knew I'd have to try Beijing Palace. I'm so happy I did. I ordered a half order of the Peking Duck. As soon as I opened the bag and noticed the attention to detail packing the bag, I knew this was going to be a treat. The Peking Duck was so perfectly trimmed, packaged like sardines, with the skin on top, still super crispy after my drive home. It came with pickled radishes, celery, and hoisin sauce. I can't believe this place is so close to where I live. Normally I have to go to DC or NYC for good duck. The meal was fantastic. It's probably underpriced actually. Get it. You'll love it. Service is very friendly but can be a bit slow simply because it's very busy ~ we were there around 7:00 PM and there was a nonstop stream of takeout orders the entire time. I'm very happy to have a new Chinese restaurant in our area. The owners and workers are very friendly and will go out of their way to answer questions and help you find what you are looking for on their diverse menu. So far Egg Foo Yong is my favorite. I've had both vegetable and chicken. It comes with white rice, or fried rice for a small charge. Both were excellent with generous ingredients. One order is two full meals. They also made a Hot & Sour soup with chicken instead of the usual pork when I said I didn't eat pork. They have delicious vegetable Spring Rolls that were not too greasy. This is a small restaurant with several tables for dining in, but overall I think it's great for take out. It's nice to watch the cook making food.
