The shop was right around the corner from our hotel so we walked over the first morning and enjoyed our items inside. The seating area is small but we got a table. Cute little place. The staff was friendly and helpful which was nice as it was our first time here. The beignets were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. You can control the sweetness level by getting plain or cinnamon and using the dipping sauces, chocolate and icing, to increase the sweetness. This is the cutest little coffee shop across from the Nash Hotel (formerly the Bobby Hotel). It's instagram central for getting a cute pic and the drinks are really fun. I asked for a suggestion and the Nutella latte was recommended. I was quite excited to try this place, unfortunately it was nothing more than a huge let down. The employees who were working on 09/11/2026 are clearly in the wrong line of work. From the second I walked in they were mad at me? Figured she wasnt having the best day so we moved on and waited for our classic beignets. But then when the male cook walked out and practically told me to get lost, wish I could rescind my tip. But I thought bad service doesn't mean bad product? Right? Nope, the beignets were like eating hardened dog turds that sat in the sun for three hours. And the most insulting part was the powdered sugar appeared to be thrown on by a man with two eyeballs attached to his butt cheeks. Food was just bad and the price was like a mule kick to the go-nads. Next time I'll settle for a different dessert. A pack of Marlboro reds and 7-11 coffee would've been better. read more

We tried Beignets and Brew after walking roast it several times. Although the coffee is good, I ordered a specialty latte without whipped cream and was surprised to see that the cup was only half full. Most places don't use so much whipped cream that there is more of it than there is of coffee! I would have appreciated being told that that would be the case and would have ordered a regular latte, which would have been less expensive and filled the cup. Interestingly, there wasn't the same problem with the iced latte we ordered without whipped cream. read more
