Long story short: Went in for an under eye filler appointment. The woman that did it messes up my under eyes and now I look like I aged 10 years, I came out worse than how I came in and they had no regard, concern or remediation for their lack of professionalism and botchy work. Long story in detail: They told me follow ups would be needed so I booked a follow up. They also said they would have the owner be in the room to watch the procedure and see if there was anything wrong. On follow up day (2 weeks later) I woke up bright and early, taking time away from work to drive all the way from Broward to Miami to have them tell me they booked me with the wrong specialist! No apology, no regard whatsoever! The lady that was booked with me for that day said she couldn't follow up on someone else's work and that she "hadn't done under eye fillers in a long time". And even went as far as to say that I had never gotten under eyes done there. The rudeness and lack of professionalism was astonishing. My question is, why was I booked with someone who had limited experience in what they were about to do? Also, where was the owner that said she would be there? They finally found me in the system and said it was my fault because I had given a different number! The audacity. They told me to come back the next day (another 60 miles to drive) to see the correct specialist who had done my under eyes initially, so I did. She did more rounds of filler (only on one eye) and called it a day. The botched work is STILL THERE! I have creases and bags under my eyes that I'd never have before. Instead of offering a credit, a refund, a proper correction of the work, ANYTHING, what they did is told me to come back for a 3rd time with the SAME WOMAN that botched my face in the first place. Moral of the story: Stay FAR away from this place unless you want a botched face. read more

I've had my eyebrows microbladed and retouched here. I highly recommend Ashley or Wanda, they're both amazing. They're very professional and take the time to really understand what you're wanting. Since I've been, I've had my mom and my grandma go here and have recommended a couple friends. They do all types of things here like lashes, Botox, etc. Make sure you make an appointment because this place gets booked, they're always busy! When I was looking to get my eyelashes lifted, I thought that this place would be worth the cost. I was wrong. My eyelashes barely lifted. I've had lifts that were done after not perming for more than a year, and they still had more lift than what I received. It doesn't look like my eyelashes are tinted. My friends and family couldn't notice a difference (I don't see one either). I think the worst part of it all was that I developed styes in both of my eyes (on the top lashes, where the lift was done) in the days after the lift. This has never happened to me, and I've been doing this lift for a few years. I think their techs should use gloves/change gloves more, or just do a better job at keeping clean. I really regret spending $100 to look this horrible. The two stars are for good customer service and the decor/atmosphere of the place. They do know how to market themselves. read more

I made an appointment for an HD lip filler service and not only did the practitioner leave my lips extremely lumpy, but bruised as well. They did not do a good job at all it's been two weeks and I still have horrible lumps and bruises on my lips. I wasn't given any type of information before or after the procedure. I'm sorry but they need to get their staff better training and organization. I'm done with this place after 8 months of trying to correct my scar. In our initial meeting, the owner guaranteed the scar would not be noticeable after 2-3 treatments and showed me her previous work which looked good. She also mentioned this would last years depending on the sun exposure. Communication was fine up to the third treatment when I started to realize the treatment wasn't working. It would look decent for a couple of weeks, then turn blue, and finally start to fade after 2 months. After the third treatment, I noticed the owner starting to become unresponsive. I would leave her weekly text messages to schedule my next apointment without response. I finally had to call the office to get her to do my 4th treatment. Unfortunately, this treatment didn't work so I had to do the same process for the 5th treatment. For the 6th treatment, she has flat out ignored me. She mentioned in March she had a surgery and to contact her in April, which I did. After that, no responses. I called the office, they let me know she was there and that she would call me back but never did. Finally I sent her a text message explaining she has ignored me for the past month and she finally responded with which day works for you. I responded back and again, no response. It's obvious she is avoiding me and that her work is not up to standard. I would avoid at all cost. Loss of money and especially my time. Text communication with the are attached. Update: After posting this review, just got a response from the owner a few minutes after. As you can see, she doesn't care and doesn't classify me as an "important person". Says it's my loss which is true since I lost $600 and my time dealing with this place. If you deal with this place, make sure to call and check if you are an "important person". Maybe then you'll get better communication and not have to resort to leaving a bad review to get any response from them. read more

Wanda is the best of the best! Her place is impecable and filled with positivity. I love going to her even if it's to see her working on my dad! My father had the micropigmentation done and you can no longer see the hair rescission, he is super happy! Wanda's staff is also very sweet and great working! My mom also did her Microblading here and loved it I cannot wait for my retouch it's been nearly a year for me! I think your prices have gotten out of hand. I had my brows done 12/17 then had to get a retouch 4 months later as color faded. One year later they're super faded and they are charging more than 50% than what it cost to have them done. The Microblading sessions are great, affordable, and they make sure you're comfortable and happy with your treatment as well as the results! Do not come to this place! There is no knowledgeable staff working there! So much ignorance from the employees! I did my microbading and I got an infection. A big one! I called and I even went in person with my face all swollen, full of blisters and on fire... to ask what to do... and guess what? Nobody knows anything. Kybella in this place is a complete ripoff. They don't do the procedure correctly, they're supposed to use a sticker with many dots that guide where to put the injections, they are supposed to put many injections all over your chin; however they just put 3 or 4 injections per session and that makes nothing to the fat in your chin, that just hurt your pockets. If you tell them something they just say "you need more sessions to see results". They have the guts to pretend to take more money out of you with the excise that 2 treatments are not enough, when realtors that those treatments are not enough because they don't do them as they should. The salon is very pretty and the owner is nice. However, I had the worst experience with my eyebrow waxing. The girl who did my waxing was apparently new, her name was Stephanie. She did NOT know what she was doing. I specifically told her I didn't want them thin and to also be careful because she was ripping my skin with the wax. Ashley and Wanda did an amazing job on our eyebrows! They are very patient and took the time to answers all our questions. We were both very nervous about microblading and they put us at ease. I also thought it was going to be very painful which is the reason I hadn't done it before. Much to my surprise, it did not hurt at all. They put a topical anesthetic and leave it in for 30 minutes before they begin. Ashley saw that I was cold and brought over a nice warm blanket for me. The experience was great and I highly recommend Beiamed! There is free parking behind the building. Our eyebrows look amazing!!! So happy I finally did it! We feel we chose the best place to have our eyebrows microbladed. Place is very clean! They are very busy so make sure you make an appointment and are willing to wait, as sometimes procedures take longer than planned. They accept debit/credit cards for a 3% fee. This place is very clean and everyone is super friendly. I found them last minute on Instagram and was able to text in and request an appointment for lash extensions which I loved. I even sent in a photo from their Instagram of the style of lashes I would like. I booked a full set of Russian Volume lashes. The lashes were nice and full, unfortunately not Russian Volume. I would just consider these very full classic lashes due to the fact that these volume lashes had no lashes fans to be considered Russian. Bars on every window, far as the eyes can see. Try to open the door, sign says they are open, go to another door, maybe this is it, oh no there is someone unlocking the door. Hmmm. Told Come inside, broken English ok. Door was immediately locked behind me. Ok. No it's 2 reasons why this would happen. 1. Bad neighborhood or 2. They don't want you to be able to escape. I asked Can I use the restroom? She tells me check in first, well I just drove 4 hours i need the restroom. I'm Ushered by several girls getting procedures done with curtains as dividers in an open 3rd world type feeling office. Then I was told you need to check in, I said bathroom!!! I need to pee!! Omg, Was told no bathrooms. I said seriously??!!! I mean if you having public procedures in the lobby and charging the most, I'll be taking my money to somewhere that's more professional and has clean facilities available for customers. Do yourself a favor and don't believe the pictures on instagram or that they are going to care you come from out of town, about your results, etc.. these type of places are all the same. I was referred to this place by a co worker who had gotten her eye brows micro bladed with Juanda. I absolutely was amazed at how good of a job Beiamed had done on my friend. I made a consult to have my eye brows micro bladed as well. So I had previously had my eye brows tattooed ( not micro bladed) and they were faded. There were completely uneven and I needed serious help. I had 2 consults with two other places that told me I'd have to remove the previous tattoo (a process that would cost more, would take more time and a process I didn't want to go through if not necessary) . Juanda was the only one who didn't suggest the removal and said a tattoo over my previous tattoo would be fine. She drew on my eye brows and showed me what my eye brows could look like. She and her crew are very talented and shaping eyebrows. I was sold. After my first appointment at Beiamed my eye brows looked so much better. They finally were more even and symmetrical. I was told I would need 3 sessions to achieve what I wanted. I've completed 2 sessions and got the third session today . My eye brows have transformed and I couldn't be more grateful. Jessica and Ashley worked on me and did an exceptional job. They fixed my eye brows and they look so much better. I couldn't have asked for a better job. They even fixed the errors from my previous tattoo . Thank you so much . Note: Loved that they drew my eye brows out for me before tattooing and measured everything out. Juanda spent time with me explaining to me how she could help me. I really appreciated that and felt comfortable with her. This is my second time getting my brows retouched here. Wanda's work is AMAZING. After healing, my brows looked soft and natural. One tip i would give is to make sure you book an appointment weeks ahead because Wanda is always booked! I do not like giving negative reviews. I would not recommend an eye last lift. A few weeks ago I had an "eyelash lift" which immediately I could tell when I got home was a mistake. I had an eye infection. I left a voicemail for Beimed the next morning to tell them my symptoms and ask them what else (aside from keratin) was in their product, but they never called back. I had to go see an eye doctor that week for treatment. To make matters even worse, the right eye "lift" seems uneven vs the left eye. Bummer. I would not go back here. read more

I had an appointment today at 10AM. I arrived on time and nobody was there. I called and messaged them on Instagram. The mailbox was full and nobody called back. I never got a response on Instagram. When the reception is finally arrived 15 minutes late I asked for a refund because I the place was dirty, unprofessional and I didn't feel comfortable having work done at such a unprofessional establishment. I asked for a refund of my deposite as they were at fault and refused to do so. I asked to speak with the owner who wasn't there and spoke to me on the phone. The owner proceeded to tell me she doesn't have time to deal with this issue because it's her birthday and she's on vacation. I own a business and would never treat a client this way. They were in the wrong and treated me like complete junk. Lastly I booked for a service provider and someone else was there to do the work. It was all around a unprofessional and very bad experience. This place was AMAZING! I waxed bikini, armpits, eyebrows and mustache with Idelbys. She was very patient and kind with me since it was my first time waxing my bikini, but overall very knowledgeable about what she's doing. I'm so happy I came over, I was nervous but all the staff were respectful and funny. When I waxed she put powders and creams to help with the care before and after waxing. When she waxed my eyebrows she made sure it was what I wanted by putting powder and making sure it was even. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be, very good if you're looking for amazing quality and not that expensive. Overall it's professional,hygienic, great atmosphere, amazing staff, free parking and the best salon I've ever visited in Miami. As soon as I finished I made another appointment.
