We decided to have a mixed starter and some tagine for main. The food here is excellent and full of flavour. The lamb was simply amazing and it just fell of the bone and no knife was needed for it :-)) It is relatively mild and has lots of piquante, fruity, saffrony and other sweet spice flavours. Persian food is slightly more greasy and creamy, but tastes heavenly. The saffron rice pudding with the pomegranate sorbet for dessert was a hit and once again a recommendation from the waitress. I usually do this in a new place, ask the staff for recommendations and try a few things. Service was super good and despite it being full it was quick and friendly. I had the Habibi vegetarischer Teller (9,00 €) with Kibbeh Mäklieh on the side (2,00 €). The tabboule and baba ghanouj were exceptional, and the other items on the Teller platter were great as well. The kibbe balls were good but not as good as kibbe I've had at other Lebanese restaurants. I don't know much about the Lebanese restaurant scene in Frankfurt, but Habibi seems like a great choice for people in or around Brückenviertel.
