While I was pointing them out, the cleaner simply left without saying anything or getting my approval. The person in charge of scheduling never answered my calls, even after they charged my card the next day. They also broke my shower head and never mentioned it. Overall, terrible customer service. I'd recommend paying a little more for a company that's reliable and stands behind its work.

After 9am we received the first notification that they were running late because of car problems but alternative arrangements had been made and they were on their way. By 10:30am we had received no further communications so we sent a follow up text. We received a response indicating they were on their way. About 15 minutes later we received another text with a complete cancellation.
