We did not receive a call so I sent a text and they responded indicating that we were confirmed. The service was to show up between 8 and 9am. After 9am we received the first notification that they were running late because of car problems but alternative arrangements had been made and they were on their way. By 10:30am we had received no further communications so we sent a follow up text. We received a response indicating they were on their way. About 15 minutes later we received another text with a complete cancellation.
