He's beginning to overcome textural hang ups, pickiness, chewing/swallowing struggles, etc. We still aren't there, but we are getting closer to being a better, more well rounded eater. We are pleased with the therapy itself but the front desk here sucks. There's almost never anyone here and frankly they've been downright rude to me when I've had questions in the past. One of the girls even hung up on my husband when I asked her if she would be willing to talk to him so he could explain some insurance/scheduling issues with her. He was very respectful but she simply didn't want to listen or deal with the issue. Zero class! We aren't demanding or unreasonable people at all so that type of rudeness is completely unacceptable. I wish they would invest more in finding good office staff that can be present there during regular office hours and can deal with issues appropriately and respectfully.

We participated in both couples sessions and the couples workshop. Both have been very valuable! We are not particularly religious, so it was nice to find a method that matched our values without pushing an agenda. The couples sessions allow for 1-1 time with Lisa and partnering therapists to talk through specific conflicts/issues we were encountering. The couples workshop was jam-packed with tools to use to build a strong relationship and provided ample opportunity to practice the tools being shared. Highly recommend!!
