The absence of posted hours isn't surprising--apparently, availability exists only for a brief window after you call, regardless of when you try. Planning anything around that is nearly impossible. Even more questionable is the payment setup: cash or cash-style payments only (like Venmo to a personal account). Draw your own conclusions about the level of professionalism and transparency there. I've already raised these concerns with the DA and the Diversion Counselor. A "business" operating like this shouldn't be affiliated with Douglas County or receiving referrals.

At the time I was afraid I wasn't gonna be able to go anywhere else so I went along with every single vaccination. I would recommend looking elsewhere because there are doctors that allow you to pick and choose which vaccines are appropriate for your child. It's your child care and you know what is best for your child do your research and know what your child needs.
