My hair was about 10 different colors ranging from ligh orange to Ronald McDonald bright disgusting orange, with a huge blotch of bleached out white on each side that looked like mickey mouse ears. I waited 6 months to get it fixed so my hair would be in halfway decent shape to reprocess. I was so nervous to go to another hair salon, but knew I had to do something! So I booked an appointment with Katrina at Hair Cuttery. There was just something about her profile on the app that drew me to her. It must have been fate! I have found my new hairdresser for life. She took 4 hours out of her day to fix my hair, she colored, foiled, toned, trimmed, styled, blow-dried and made me feel like a woman again! For 6 months now I have been avoiding going out anywhere that I would care what people thought about how I looked. Katrina gave me back my confidence. My husband said that this is the best my hair has ever looked! If you are looking for someone who takes the time to listen, does what you ask, and is AMAZING with foils, book with Katrina! The store in general is the LEAST competitive Hair Cuttery I have ever been in. The ladies all worked together and helped one another, showing that comradeship wins in this store over trying to grab all the clients to make the most money. Price $140-160 Services Blowouts, Haircut, Hairstyling, Blowdry, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring Services Hairstyling, Haircut Requested style I went in and asked Katrina to fix my hair so I could go back on camera and not feel so self conscience of my hair being so yuk regarding the color. Specialties The amazing thing about this Hair Cuttery is that they do not double-book appointments. If you are the client, YOU are the client. They are completely dedicated to YOU. No having to stay "just a few minutes while I finish up this.." or "I will be right there.." or even worse staying under the dryer too long while someone is being "finished up'. She didn't assess the areas that need extra TLC due to hardened skin. The foot massage was about 30 seconds too. And my nails... She didn't use cream even once. I believe the mani service is supposed to come with lotion and "massage." I didn't get either. I got a clear coat on my nails, and some areas are missing application. My fingernails look awful, not only from the splotchy paint but since dried skin still peppers the area. I tipped Julie 20% because she was nice, and I genuinely think she doesn't realize how bad this service is. I am struggling to accept that I just paid $78 for this experience. I am so upset.
