Rachel was so knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. I was so happy with my treatment and felt so comfortable and taken care of. I have gotten the same treatment before at a different med spa and I don't feel like I was given the same level of care that I was given at Viso Med Spa. Thank you so much Rachel for great service and for a great treatment! I highly recommend this spot to others! If only I lived in Calgary this would be my go-to place.

At the time of the appointment, my first impressions of the place is small, but quaint, well lit and welcoming. The staff provided me consultation and advised not to take the microdermabrasion due to my face skin concerns. She advised me to take a more efficient treatment when I told her my goal for my face skin. After the 1st session, she recommended me to try their product and I am glad I took the risk without researching into their product as it was working effectively & efficiently. On my 2nd session, she noticed my improvements prior to my first visit and proceeded to enhance my session and made me try on new concepts that could further enhance my face skin goal and it did it again, I was impressed. Overall, after a month's treatment & following her recommendation in improving face skin health I am satisfied. I notice the improvements & I will be coming back to maintain a health face skin.

My first experience here was with Nilly for a Hydrafacial. Nilly is extremely friendly and inviting. She thoroughly examined my skin and made sure to explain what was going on throughout each step of the facial. I was also looking for a new spa to get laser hair removal done but I was pretty hesitant as I had previously had some bad experiences. I explained what had happened and she answered all of my questions and provided me with so much information throughout the course of my facial. I had such a pleasant experience that I booked in an appointment for laser hair removal for the following week. The process was quick, relatively painless and seems to have been effective! What I really loved was that she doesn't push her services or products on you whatsoever (so rare!!). I look forward to continue visiting Illume!

I booked my appointment through their on-line system and it was beyond easy, got an email instantly and confirmed my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and this wasn't a problem at all. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was told that Kelsey would be with me shortly. The only down side is that there is only 2 chairs in the waiting area and another customer decided she needed the other chair for her purse and coat. However I didn't need to sit down to wait because Kelsey was out to greet me. She took me back and got me set up for my pedicure. She was very professional and even when I told her that my feet are ridiculously ticklish she just smiled and said not a problem. This store is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and professional and to top it all off I got to keep the bottle of nail polish! So happy that this place is close to home so I don't have to make the trek downtown anymore. Can't wait to book another appointment with these great ladies!

This was honestly the most terrifying experience I've ever had in a medical clinic…read more I trusted them with my face. Before the treatment, I asked questions about the filler being used and I was reassured about it. I agreed to go ahead because I believed the information I was given. Not long after the injections, my face reacted very badly. The swelling was extreme and it didn't feel like a normal reaction. It was scary. I was stressed and genuinely worried about what had been injected into me. When I reached out for answers and support, I did not receive clear explanations. Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. Please be careful and make sure you know exactly what is being injected into your body before agreeing to anything.

I've been to her about four times since, and we have the best chats. As for the boutique itself, the space is beautifully decorated with purple hues and lush fabrics. They provide you with a sanitary wipe, which you can use before your appointment or keep it. The sugaring itself is definitely a lot better than waxing, more gentle and a lot faster! They also put a little "mask" on the area afterwards to calm any redness. The whole time, they keep you very comfortable and are incredibly accommodating. As well, the price is very fair. It's definitely not cheap, but I feel it is worth the money to go here as opposed to some other place.

When I do my research before getting any treatment I find her technology is highly rated studios in NYC, Scottsdale and California. In addition to the technology available, she also ensures the highest quality product which support wellness in aging are available. Not stuff you can get a Sephora or Holts. I have been seeing Coral for many years, most recently I experience the Laser Genesis Pro procedure, I cannot believe how effective the treatment with very little down time. This is a newer treatment Coral is incorporated in her business and as always the treatment was delivered with kindness, focus on resolving my personal goals and actually going over and above my goals. Being in business strategy I am fully aware how easy it is to continue to make money of old technology as most often the consumer is not up to date on technology. This is not what happens at this studio....there is passion, kindness and great delivery of results. Bottom line in my humble opinion this studio is committed to their customer's needs and I am grateful for the results I receive.

I finished my second session with Coral at Fresh Laser. You must first start with a consultation so…read morethey can assess your needs thoroughly and come up with a plan to treat your skin. I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I left with some great products and hoping they will continue to improve my complexion.
