The food is very good and marked for allergies. A major feature for us was the clarity regarding gluten content. Flip the label and you see an English description. Nice touch! I thought it was slightly expensive but I tried a lot of dishes and my plate was full (and heavy). Comparing: Red in Heidelberg and Tibits in Zurich are both casual, delicious, and have lower prices. Hiltl is upscale with great variety and professional staff but the price matches the experience and quality.
