I cannot have sandwiches because I have celiac and cannot consume any wheat or other glutenous grains, which also excludes anything breaded (life falafel, in one of the salads) or croutons, or breaded chicken (in another salad); so I would love to see some salads including simple protein like hard-boiled eggs, tuna or other seafood, grilled chicken.
