You can really do all your shopping here if you want. The staff is friendly, but I expected a bit more of enthusiasm, the store is brand new so a bit of more joy would be nice :) The great thing is here, you can taste everything. They have at every corner something to try out. I ended up buying more then what I was looking for. Really happy they made it till the city !

If you want organic dried fruits, rice, almond or coconut milk, vegan cheeses, and a wide variety of other organic items, this place is for you. The pricing is hit or miss. Some stuff is average price and some is expensive but you live in Switzerland now, get used to it. They do have a small fresh baked goods section but I cannot confirm the source of baking.

You can find soy milk and organic foods and tea and coffee, and basic gluten-free items in lots of places, but this the only place where you can find several kinds of miso paste (including my favorite, Genmai miso, which is barley- rather than soy-based), a variety of raw chocolate bars, and such a fantastic selection of nuts and dried fruits of all sorts! They have much more, but these are some of the items I com here for, that cannot be found elsewhere. They also have flour mills, wheat grass juicers and so forth, and when I came to inquire about prices and models the shop assistant was incredibly helpful, called the company and everything while I was standing right there - this may not seem like much if you are not used to the general grumpiness of shop assistants in Zurich, especially around the Bahnhofstrasse, where it often feels like asking for help is equated with wasting their time. They also have a nice selection of natural beauty products and cosmetics, and a section dedicated to natural remedies, which I find really cool because it makes this place more or less a one-stop-shop for clean living!

He was very kind and helpful offering us tastes of cheese that he thought we would like. The selections he recommended of cheese and bread were excellent!! I regret that this will probably be the only time we visit this store because we are not from the area but if I lived here this would be one of my favorite places to visit and we just happened to walk past it on our way back from Old Town. I wish I had taken photos of the cheese and bread and our great sales clerk.

As it was our first time eating raclette, we asked our server to walk us through the menu. Lily was exceedingly helpful in explaining the differences in cheeses and their flavors, and she was also very attentive and checked in on us throughout the meal. I noticed that her welcoming demeanor was also shared by her colleagues who were waiting on the other tables around us. My family took Lily up on her recommendations, and we ordering one Klara and one Willi, each with a side of sausages, as well as one original tarte flambé and one vegi tarte flambée. The food was all very delicious!! My personal highlights from the meal were the sausage dipped in the Willi cheese along with the onions and potatoes that were served with the dish. The tartes also had very thin, yummy crusts topped with raclette cheese. The side of pickles provided a tangy contrast to the rest of the meal which I liked. We ended our meal with a warm chocolate cake and lemon sorbet. I'm not really one for alcohol, so I found the vodka in the sorbet to be a bit too strong for me. However, the chocolate cake with the jam and vanilla ice cream was very good and had just the right amount of chewiness. I wish that I could replace my local Cheesecake Factory with a Raclette Factory instead so that I could enjoy Swiss cheese melted over bread, sausages, and potatoes all the time.
