The associate tells me that you will not honor a refund as it is your policy to accept ink returns. I stated that the refund process was processed on the app and that a barcode was sent to me to honor the refund. When I asked to see a manager, she then proceeded to call me a fuckin asshole in front of 3 other customers. Very professional associates you have working here. If she does not like her job, then quit and work somewhere where poor customer service is tolerated and put up with. Spoke to a manager who looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights.
