Kate was wonderful via email answering all questions we had for a couple of months leading up to their stay and even spoke to my husband and I on the phone for like 30 minutes prior to their arrival and that made us much more at ease. Kate was very warm and welcoming when we arrived and even let me stay with my babies for a while to help them feel a bit more comfortable being in a brand new space with unknown people. We had cameras we could watch to check in on and speak to them and she would email me in the morning and afternoons/evening letting me know how they were acclimating to their stay and even sent us photos. They had kitty TV on in their suites as well to entertain them. She made friends with my bunch and gave them some toys that she sent them home with that they absolutely love! I would see them playing on the camera and still at home they go nuts playing with these fish. I recommend Kate and Stay Kitty Stay wholeheartedly. Do not think twice about leaving your babies with someone that is kind and caring with your cats.
