I really enjoy Beer Lab Ghostface Brewing - each location is great. Scratch Kitchen on Langtree is fantastic

Very cool counterpart to the GhostFace Brewery! The vibe is nerdy and I LOVED the flight boards w/beaker glass tasters! They had amazing beer options (some not offered at the other location) and I especially loved the whiskey flights! Seemed to be a local spot, but open to visitors with both the regulars and staff able to provide informed suggestions for beers and were just overall friendly! Luv the decor & atmosphere! The Angel & Bat wings at the entrance were awesome; lol go in nice, come out naughty Definitely worth a stop! Before I begin, let me start off by saying if you are in Mooresville, NC stop and check this place out . My first time going to Ghostface brewing and being able to check out their beer lab was super dope, celebrating an engagement our friends took us out and this was a huge highlight of the day. Really cool vibe at this place and tons is seating inside and out, service was super friendly and just made you really enjoy being there . Ok, now the good stuff, BEER! Tons of selections at this location due to they are able to expand out more and come up with many different beers and it's awesome to have a selection like they provide to venture out of your comfort zone. . Highly recommend a flight , and highly recommend this place. It's now one of my favorite breweries I've been too, cheers! read more

Finally got the little white truck back on the road, thirty-three days late for an inspection and tags... so how about a beer? barkeep was out front putting up solar patio umbrellas so I pulled up and parked and took a couple pictures of wings and stuff and went inside... First thing I noticed was the shuffle board on the back wall; not giant sized but right sized w/ pucks, sand, scoring lines, beads and a ready supply of beer nearby and big leathery couches around the table-top checkers board. Really like the beeriodic table of drafts behind the bar, makes the place feel kinda sciency and the abundance of windows and natural light plus heavily grained woods make cheer it up a little and give it a homey kinda feel except for the faux-creepy lab door behind the bar and the non-casper the friendly ghost face... Just had the worst experience at Beer Lab on Broad Street in downtown Mooresville. Pretty sure I won't be patronizing that local business anymore. The owner Mike approached our table during a hosted event tonight and created an embarrassing situation. I can't imagine worse timing to address a prior situation and a false accusation with paying customers. Probably the worst hospitality I've experienced from an owner of a small business since I've moved to Mooresville less than two years ago. read more

Sweet and Spicy pizza is awesome. Service is ordering up front and they bring the food to you, so no full wait staff which I didn't have any issues with. Not a big place but pretty cool atmosphere with large roll up doors when the weather is nice. read more

Quickly becoming one of my favorite bars/breweries in the area. Not only is this convenient to home, but the atmosphere is very chill and relaxed plus within the up-and-coming, growing area of downtown Mooresville. The beers are adventurous and delicious with a wide range offered. The Beer Lab also offers various food partnerships and new activities to try on different nights. It's a really good Mooresville spot -- and I cannot wait to see how the outdoor patio thrives this summer. read more

Great variety of beer, with a fun atmosphere. Love the coffin-shaped flights with test tube glasses--fits the theme perfectly! There are karaoke nights, and I'm pretty sure other themed nights too; I've only been on karaoke night, and it was fun to watch. The staff is nice, and are always happy to help you find the right beer! read more

Cool spot to hang and grab a beer. Lots of seating and outdoor space. From cornhole to trivia night they got a lol something for everyone.

This place could be Awsome but screaming kids were running around. This is not a place for kids and you don't come here to be with screaming kids. read more

I have been twice. (the grand opening night, and recently for 'music trivia') I have had 4 beers they make (out of the 1,000). The most recent two we had: Dirty brown (only one i can remember the name of) tastes and smells like sunscreen. My gf's beer smelled like a bottle of perfume. We will be back because the location and atmosphere are both great. Hopefully we have just been ordering the wrong beer. read more

Amazing beer and atmosphere. Here every weekend! Recommend any of the IPAs. They also have food trucks once in a while. The staff is also very inviting and makes you feel like you're in your neighborhood bar. If beer isn't your fancy, they have a great selection of whiskeys and bourbons. read more

Great atmosphere and good service. I was a little disappointed with my visit. I had a flight with 7 samples, I am a big IPA lover but was greatly disappointed with all but one. However, their lighter beers, sours, and ciders were good. I also ordered the nachos and they were awful. All said and done, one flight and terrible nachos cost me $25 plus tip. Worth a quick stop but there are better breweries in town. read more
