Great job. Very happy with it. Price was better than in another location. The owner even called an uber to get me home and pick me up. Highly recommend.

I found Jesus through yelp and gave him a call. He did a fantastic job on my ripped car door. He was able to save and fix it rather than replacing it. Cost was reasonable! Looking brand new..Thanks again Jesus!

Jesus and his team did a great job repairing the driver's seat stitching on the "MB-Tex" in my Mercedes Benz E350.

Literally his words, and he delivered on them completely. What set him apart was the depth he went to. He could've just wiped things down and called it a day, but instead he pulled the front seat out to find and clean milk residue that had seeped underneath the rubber mat. He used a leather soft-fill compound to repair a burn hole in the seat headrest and repainted it to match. He restored my foggy headlights until they looked factory fresh. He revived the faded exterior plastic trim. And through all of it, he kept me updated constantly, explaining exactly what he found, what he recommended, and why, with zero pressure. I really appreciate how communicative he is with his clients, it's one of my favorite things to look out for when trying out a business for the first time, and he delivered. His pricing is fair and transparent. That kind of integrity is rare. If your car needs love, take it to Paul. You won't regret it. I showed up to drop off my car extremely stressed out. It was one of those moments where I realized, yeah I haven't shown this car some love in yearsss, and I am happy I trusted Paul to bring it back to life!

On the blue section, and there was some over-spray and it has a yellowish green tint. It took him a few quick minutes to mix some dye and he didn't really spot check for match. I asked if he could match it better but he said it could make it worse. There was also over-spray. Frankie just blocks off the untouched spot by holding a piece of cardboard. It wasn't precision and care. Also, deep scratches could be sanded, smoothed and polished to match, but he doesn't go to this level of service. He just applies putty over it and lets you know it will leave a lump. However, the match on black was very good, almost perfect. But it felt rough due to the over-spray. Overall, I had expected a more precise hand polishing process and care for matching, but it was just quick spray paint. Deep scratches really didn't get resolved. The car is now a collectors item. I was hoping for a level of quality that matches the prestige. EDIT In response to the owner; I do not use Yelp much and do not write many reviews. But they are bad experiences that are memorable enough to share and I provided evidence (invoices and pictures) to support it. The owner's lack of accountability in his response should be a concern. I've had someone asking about his work the past few weeks (2025: 9 years later) and it prompted me to help this person and update the review and even tone it down a tad for the owner's benefit. 1 and 2. The pictures uploaded appear the same quality as the original but resized. Don't believe otherwise as the owner leads you to believe. Many of you have uploaded pictures and know this is is a lie. I believe Yelp will also dispute the owner on the quality of their site. 3. As for repairing scratches, I had no issues and mearly shared the level of service ($350 - in 2016 dollars) for the community, but the owner has a problem with me sharing it. 4. The car was just as pristine in 2016 as today 2025, 1,500 miles later. I have the invoices on the work, dated before Frankie's job. In fact, I should probably write a review on it since the owner seems to have a problem with me not writing good reviews, especially if it is redundant to many other good reviews. 5. The owner is lying about the date of the job and timing of my review. The job was done on 2/6/2016. My review was dated 5/7/2016. I moved away from the area June 2016 and was very busy with preparing for the move and finishing up my life there. 6. The owner claimed he could make it right, but as he mentioned during the job, he did not want to fix the mismatch. I had no reason to contact him further. I moved to a different area a few months later and had more important concerns than the owner's job and was fine with just writing a review. The owner needs to own it.

**Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs**…read more I brought my 1977 Mercedes-Benz to Jesus Auto Upholstery for a dash cover installation, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite claiming to have experience with classic Mercedes, they clearly had no idea what they were doing. **Poor Workmanship:** Instead of properly removing the in-dash temperature sensor (a standard procedure), they simply installed the dash cover right over it. When I discovered this shoddy work, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. **Broken Promises:** Cecilia Martinez initially promised to reimburse me for a replacement part when I complained about their mistake. However, when it came time to honor that promise, she completely denied ever making it. **Unprofessional Service:** They kept my car for over a week despite promising Saturday completion. Worse yet, they left my car with the windows open the entire time, exposing the interior to the elements. I repeatedly asked them to close the windows, but they ignored my requests. **Dishonest Business Practices:** Cecilia tried to claim I had only paid $100 (false) and demanded an invoice - which she never provided since she insisted on cash payment. The contradictions and excuses were endless. **Final Verdict:** This shop lacks basic automotive knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable upholstery shop that actually knows what they're doing. **I will never return and strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle to steer clear of Jesus Auto Upholstery.** Furthermore, the business is operating without a license from the California Bureau of Auto Repair and received a citation from the BAR on April 5. 2025. https://search.dca.ca.gov/details/1310/ARD/289616/3c04e793649418d826d981540eba85b5?fbclid=IwVERDUAM_GlJleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHo_XSHIykTJp-iKvpBHn01_yOu5tmo-YSTU8YUBPbaEHG7yOVcttS0a5yQxQ_aem_D1JrcuBxVWz3Iv7BR52R1w
