Firstly, they missed their original install date and said it was going to be over a week until they could get me back on schedule. Once they installed, they mismeasured one of the openings, and I had to have my contractor modify the opening so the glass would fit. The worst part of this all is I have spoken directly with the owner, and he just says, "Sorry there is nothing I can do, call the office, and they will reschedule." He won't take any responsibility for this and acts like this is my problem, not his. I would not recommend this company after this major issue. Sean used to be a good guy to work with, but this experience has been mind-blowing bad! My review of YouTube indicated that I needed a special tool to adjust the door. So I called Ronson to have them come and adjust the door. Ronson said they would do it for free and a couple of their employees came by the following day. It turns out that I needed two special tools to adjust the door. They adjusted both doors and now they slide perfectly again. Not only that, but they just hit the doors so that the gaps between the corners of the doors and the shower wall were now filled in.
