Had a rough week and our ac went out. So we decided to order dinner from World of Beer Brandon…read more Our order was simple. Our order consisted of a salad, fries, bonless wings with nashville sauce and traditional wings with lemon pepper as well as an order of steak bites. Salad was good as were the steak bites. The fries were not in our to go bag and ALL the wings were naked baked. I called and was told if I wanted to drive back (20min) I would receive a fresh order of fries and sauce for our wings. I told the on duty manager it was not worth the drive but I wanted to speak to a manager to have this issue resolved. I was told the following morning I would receive a call from the manager. We are now 4 days later and still I have yet to receive a call. This location is a great hang out spot.....but never again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant and would not return. From the moment the…read morefood arrived, it was clear that quality was not a priority. Nearly everything on the plate was overly greasy, to the point where it felt heavy and unappetizing after just a few bites. Instead of enhancing flavor, the oil overwhelmed it, leaving a lingering, unpleasant aftertaste. Beyond the grease, the ingredients themselves seemed subpar. The food lacked freshness, and certain items tasted like they had been pre-prepared or sitting out for too long. Textures were off- some parts were soggy while others were oddly dry- which made the meal feel careless and poorly executed. Service and atmosphere did little to make up for the food. Even with reasonable expectations, the overall experience fell short. For the price and what's advertised, this place simply doesn't deliver. There are far better options available, and this is not somewhere I would consider visiting again.

Completely ignored the clump of what I assume was cheese on the counter. After cleaning it down, it was still dirty and to top it off, it smelled like vomit. Tells you how much they actually try to keep the place clean. On top of that, the bartender stopped wiping g down the counters with said rag he was using and went to grab a lime with for my beer. I asked for him to pull a lime from the bottom on a toothpick or something other than those nasty hands. He did. I placed the wooden toothpick onto the drain pan with the used lime after squeezing the life out of it. He comes around a little later and asked if I wanted another beer. Then, "you okay if I use the same toothpick?' Mind you, this was already laying on the drain pan. What the actually F???? This place is not clean or well maintained, but that could be because they get enough buziness with its regulars. They advertise this is the place for the World Cup, but there was NO audio and NO captions. This is SPORTS, guys. Not CHESS! Once and done. Never again.

It looked delicious but it was riddled with sweet ham. I'm glad I don't have an allergy to it, but I guess if I had an allergy I wouldn't get anything else on there however, if I have asked you not to put ham on it why would you put ham on it? There was nobody in there and I waited just a smidgen. It wasn't anything terrible but it was kind of weird like nobody's here. Why am I waiting and what are y'all doing? Besides constructing boxes? It's mellow mushroom. It's a chain. I'll probably come back at some point. It's not gonna be anytime soon but it's worth going back each location looks different so the ambience was whatever the ambience was it wasn't anything to write home about but I went I ate. I tell our server to get the manager. He comes over and has no idea how to handle this situation. He walks over and starts to remove our food and then he starts stumbling over an apology. We told him this was the worst service ever. Told him waited 15 minutes, no drinks no bread salad cones out first. Like wtf??? We eat our salad and finally get our drinks. After we are done with the salads, the manager comes over and says , is it ok to bring your meals now? I'm like yeah ya friggin idiot, I usually get the filet and I should have. The sirloin sucked. The potato was dry, Almost done with my meal and the server come over, can I get you another drink? If I had gotten my first one on time, yeah. But I'm almost done so no. She then comes back a couple minutes later and drops the check. So I guess we aren't having dessert. Then she comes back and tells us they took half off our meal. Yeah yeah. Damage already done. Then she asks if we want dessert. I almost burst out laughing, Good thing the bill was low because the tip was low too. I was in the industry and service is paramount. Don't blame the kitchen for your failed timing. It's going to be a while before we go back.
