I had received in my welcoming mailing after I moved to Punta Gorda, a coupon for $12 off an entree, there was NOTHING on the coupon that indicated that I would need to buy 2 entrees however, when I went to pay and presented my coupon to the server, I was told I needed to buy 2 entrees. We are long time and frequent customers;however after last night we will not go back.i shared my story with friends at my association and they too will not go back on their regulars days including 2 partie of 12 and a party of 6. I used the handicapped rest room due to special needs and as is the case with most handicapped stalls there is a sink which I used. As I came out of the restroom there was a woman using the main sink. I sit at my booth. The woman from the rest room come over and yells that proper people was their hands after using the bathroom. Several people are looking at me. I try to respond but she snapped her head and walked away. I followed he and said that if she had looked there was a sink in my stall that I used.iwalked away but she continued so I stopped and responded. The woman I was near pushed me and told me to get away right near my pacemaker and on the area where I'm due to have surgery. The server saw it and got the assistant manager. She said there was nothing she could do. I said maybe I should call the police and she said fine. I told her that it would cause much disruption and she was not concerned. I called the police. 2 cars and 3 officers. These people admitted to their actions. The general manager came in and showed them videos which supported my story. I opted not to have her arrested. I spoke to the general manager Amanda who was has cold as ice. No empathy. She said she supported her asst. Manager and there was nothing they could do. I explained we sat outside with the police at the request of the police yet these people were not asked to leave and continued their dinner and w went without dinner. I said we we will not be back ever and she shrugged. So nice that this manager did nothing for me as a victim and a crime in the facility she manages. We were looking for a place to watch Iowa Women's BB and BINGO! Perfect place! The bartender was great & attentive without being annoying as she knew we wanted to watch the whole game. Hubby's Yingling was cold & tasty & reasonably priced! I had a peach sangria that was too sweet, though it had a nice flavor. Hubby got wings & bartender suggested the special: 10 for $10 with fries. She also suggested the flavor & he said they were tasty. I had a chicken bowl & it was delicious! She warned me the poblano sauce was spicy but I got it on top & loved it. Brianna single handedly earned this one star for Beef's. Met with attitude and contempt as soon as I walked in the door for a pick-up order. I was well aware of the sign to seat myself. There's no need to be rude and condescending toward a customer who's there for a pick-up order. I've been praising beef's name lately to everyone I know due to the innovative menu and fair prices, but I will steer everyone I know away from this place as long as Brianna is working there. I also received little acknowledgement from the manager on site. Brianna accused me of saying derogatory language, so my complaint will likely be brushed aside. Came in here to meet a buddy and watch the NY Rangers game on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We sat at the bar. Our first bartender was efficient and on point. Whenever she saw our glasses getting low, she asked if we needed another. And of course, we did. Food wise, it's pretty blah. Had the appetizer sampler, a pizza and wings. The wings were okay, the pizza was like a frozen pizza (according to my better half) and the appetizer sampler was a bit to greasy for my taste. Unfortunately, during our time there, there was a shift change, so we paid and tipped our original bartender, letting her know we were staying until the end of the hockey game, which was in intermission. Our new bartender ignored us. Our glasses were empty for almost a half hour, and she walked by without even giving us a glance multiple times. Our original bartender saw as she was straitening up her cash drawer and came over and made another round for us, apologizing and saying she informed her successor that we were staying, and would inform her again. The second bartender finally came around to us and made us a follow up round when we were low. No apologies or comped drinks, or anything of that nature. The Rangers won in overtime. My husband and I frequent Beef 0 Brady's often. We are seniors. On Oct 19,2025 we were enjoying football. This younger man was there and was already drunk. He and his wife left briefly as they were kicked out of another bar. Beef O Brady's kept giving him shots. Quite a few seniors left or went inside because this man was very loud and obnoxious. Our game starts and this man is in my husbands face telling him how bad our team was. No one stepped in to help us as this man continued with swearing at us and threatening to hurt us in the parking lot. Hours went by and no one interfered and they kept giving him booze. The situation became so bad that this man was halfway over the bar in my husbands face and swearing at him. So what did the staff do, they finally came out with a bouncer and told us we needed to leave. The manager did not stop it and we were not protected. There were many witnesses to this mess. We will no longer eat at this place as it is obvious that younger drunk individuals are more revered. We were very nervous in the parking lot. We are close to 70. I have to say that I am truly disgusted that this behavior was allowed. read more

Great place to catch a game! Food was great and the staff was friendly even with the place pretty busy. They are a University of Michigan watch party location so we came here specifically for the game. Plenty of TVs to watch, good prices and cold beer. Plus they have a game room to keep the kids busy. We had a group of 9 and we were in one of the back rooms, usually when you get seated in a back room, they forget about you but not Heather, she keep checking on us, getting drinks, clearing dishes, make sure everything was correct and good! I went here with my baseball team to celebrate us winning the year. The food took forever to come out. I was literally starving! The food was OK. It was not worth the wait. The inside looks amazing. Ordered pick up online, picked up cuban sandwich and fries about two minutes after it said it would be ready, drove home less than ten minutes away. Order was horrible, fries were cold and soft and the sandwich and brown limp lettuce, so old and gross looking i almost discarded the whole thing. We lost our home and car in the hurricane in Fort Myers and couldnt find anywhere to live down there. So we ended up in Punta Gorda a couple weeks ago renting less than a mile away. I have been here 3 times and each time Heather and Chloe are amazing behind the bar. My food has been great with each visit as well. This place is completely packed no matter what time of day you go. Prices are good, bar service is amazing (I cannot speak about table service as I always sit at the bar). All the staff that I have had interactions with have been wonderful as well. But what really upset me, as a retired doctor (not a Phony Dr. like "Dr. Jill) was that you had to pull the door handle to exit the bathroom. "I'll take care of that right away," she assured me.
