It's been ages since we've been here. Gone is the dark quirky feel. Menu has changed (they now have a fryer), but the roast beef is still the same.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I went there to eat with my family about 9 months ago. We used to eat here and this owner's establishment on Race St in Catasaqua. I ordered the Taco Salad. After the waitress came back with our drinks less than 2 minutes later, I asked if the meat had Taco seasoning and if they had Taco sauce and receiving "No" as an answer, I told the waitress I didn't want the taco salad. She then proceeded to go in the bank kitchen area and brought the taco salad out anyway about 15 minutes later. The waitress asked me if there's anything else I would like since I always told her I did not want the taco salad. I said I didn't want to be charged for another meal on top of the taco salad I didn't want since I was paying the whole bill for my family. She said she would take the taco salad off the bill and asked if there's anything else she can get me. I did not eat the taco salad and instead ordered the wings since she said she would take the taco salad off the bill. A different waitress brought the check to our table, which is when I discovered the waitress did not take the taco salad off the bill and flipped her words completely saying it was up to the owner if the taco salad would be removed or not. This waitress went back to the kitchen area with our actual waitress hiding back in the kitchen area to speak with the owner and in turn told us if we did not pay the entire bill, they would call the cops on us. They did indeed call the cops on us. We waited for the police to arrive, and paid the bill as intended. The waitress never even asked for a form of payment after we stated the taco salad should be removed from the bill as she told us it would be. This place has no class and shows no customer appreciation. My young child should not have had to go through that to be crying afraid that the police were going to arrest us all.

California burger and a hot beef sandwich. Awesome!

Dynamite burger and great selection of beer. I love the atmosphere. Reminds me of an old mining bar.

This place is very old also only takes cash. The food was so disgusting. Don't even waste your time or money to come here.

They are very slow with the orders, they have no fryer to make french fries and they don't take credit/debit card. Burger was burnt.

The staff is always friendly and on top of it--no eye contact avoidance, no "I'll be right back" disappearing acts. Just solid service from people who seem genuinely happy you're there. Now the food: the wings are legit. Crispy, saucy, and dangerous in the "I should stop but absolutely will not" way. The burgers are equally guilty. Juicy, flavorful, and gone way too fast. Every time I come here I say, "I'll try something different," and every time I fail because the wings and burgers win again. And let's talk TVs. They're everywhere. Behind you. In front of you. Possibly in the bathroom (unconfirmed, but wouldn't be shocked). Perfect for watching a game without craning your neck or negotiating channel control with strangers. Bottom line: Great food, great people, great place to park yourself for a game and accidentally stay way longer than planned. Copperhead Grille delivers every time.

Our waitress was fantastic--attentive, patient, and on top of everything despite the chaos outside and the size of our party. The mozzarella sticks are absolutely worth the hype. The breading is thick, crunchy, flavorful, and actually stays on--easily some of the best we've had. We all ordered standard bar food and had zero complaints across the table. Overall, a really solid experience. We'll definitely be back.

Wings were great and lots of flavors. There was a little mixup with our order, no ones fault just a bit of confusion. They made it right, right away. Both the manager and the chef came out to apologize and corrected it. Which I was very impressed with, and it wasn't really a big mixup. Only negative is that it was a bit cold inside and the chairs aren't super comfy. However, the food was so good that we'd be back.

I've heard nothing but great things since this place opened, so I was definitely looking forward to trying some of their food. My friends and I started with three appetizers; homemade mozzarella sticks, nachos with shredded chicken, and lemon pepper wet wings. The moz sticks were lightly breaded, crispy, and filled with gooey deliciousness. The nachos were good, not great. The ingredients were fresh, but disproportional (not enough chips and queso and too much LTO). The wings were absolute perfection. I still have a handful of places to try, but Cuzin's is definitely a contender for best wings in the valley. After the appetizers I moved on to Cuzin's colossal club. This sandwich is enormous! It's piled high with pastrami, corned beef, ham, turkey, bacon, provolone, Swiss, LTO, and house sauce. It's served on grilled rye bread. My friends ordered the three little pigs burger and the cali chicken sandwich. They both enjoyed theirs as much as I did. Our server was friendly, helpful with the menu, and had superb timeliness from start to finish. Cuzin's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup is available, but there is no delivery. I grew up on the East Side of Allentown, so I've been coming to Stahley's for as long as I can remember. When I heard it had changed ownership, I was curious to see what, if anything, was different, and whether the food still held up to the Stahley's I've known for years. Walking through the front door, the interior looked just as I remembered, unchanged and familiar. I really hope they keep it that way. The menu has been updated, but they've kept the steamed clams and cheesesteaks, the dishes I come here for. The clams haven't changed a bit, same size, same $5.75 a dozen price, and still served with rich brown butter. The cheesesteak is also right on par, still served with peppers, pickles, and sauce. My only gripe is the roll, as it didn't hold up. I also tried the wings, and they were bigger and better than before. A few more minutes in the fryer, and they would have been perfect. My friend ordered the grilled chicken Caesar wrap with fries. Since she gets it all the time at Sibri's, she knew she wouldn't be disappointed. The service was solid. We were seated immediately, and our server Sondra took great care of us. There are a few minor kinks to work out, but I think the new owners are doing a great job so far.

The clams are still good and our new waitress did a solid job -- that's the only reason they're getting one star. The Broiled Seafood Dinner was basically rubber on a plate. Completely flavorless. My friend ordered the Black Gold Steak medium, and it came out nearly raw. Sent it back, and it returned burned to a crisp -- well‑well done and tasting like it came off a dirty grill. If this is the direction under the new ownership, I don't see them lasting long without major changes.
