I've previously hired biweekly cleaners at $60 per cleaning, so those numbers were exorbitantly high. Best came back at $179. I think the person they sent did a good job, but it wasn't a deep clean. I wouldn't use them again at that rate but at a lower rate for a biweekly cleaning, I would consider it. good things - the lady did wipe down all our books on our book shelves, and did a great job on floors. not so great - they did not do all our windows, which was one of the things I prioritized. also they missed a number of items that we pointed out at the end (a few dusty spots, a mirror and a tray on our ottoman) but they did not go back to do them. My house was cleaner than it was when they arrived but there wasn't a spectacular attention to detail.

I waited to review making sure the consistency of their worked remained as incredible as the first time. Not only have they exceeded our expectations, they continue to impress us with their "little touches" of personal service. My home has never been cleaner. I love coming home after they're done, it's like a breath of fresh air. Pricing is more than fair. Communication is spot on!! We recommend Pristine Services 100%. We recommend Jessica and Derick.

I was a college student who requested a move out clean- they sent some lady who did absolutely nothing. I had to re-clean my home after, sent them multiple pictures of dirt and dust she didn't clean. No response. This was right after my twin brother had died unexpectedly and I had no money left over from his funeral, yet this company ignored all of my messages and calls. I tried over 10x to reach out for a refund or explanation. Heard nothing. Hired them thru thumbtack. Stay away. They're thieves and shouldn't be in business. Sad from a "family run" company. And yes I STILL have the pictures from the "clean". This husband and wife ignored me and took my money for the worst job I've ever seen. And I know it's the same company because the owners name is Ronnie. Call me petty but I don't want anyone else to experience this so I'm going to post now :) How are they still in business?

It wasn't getting cleaned well, it was constantly sticky. NOT what you want to see when you walk into a restaurant! We did such a good job cleaning and I've always taken pride in our work, but I was ashamed and embarrassed about our floor. Then I gave Mr. Naylor a call when I searched for a new cleaning company. He came out to my store, gave me an estimate and was very professional. I took him up on his services- and I couldn't believe what happened next... ICS and Mr. Naylor were able to fix my floors!
