I was a college student who requested a move out clean- they sent some lady who did absolutely nothing. I had to re-clean my home after, sent them multiple pictures of dirt and dust she didn't clean. No response. This was right after my twin brother had died unexpectedly and I had no money left over from his funeral, yet this company ignored all of my messages and calls. I tried over 10x to reach out for a refund or explanation. Heard nothing. Hired them thru thumbtack. Stay away. They're thieves and shouldn't be in business. Sad from a "family run" company. And yes I STILL have the pictures from the "clean". This husband and wife ignored me and took my money for the worst job I've ever seen. And I know it's the same company because the owners name is Ronnie. Call me petty but I don't want anyone else to experience this so I'm going to post now :) How are they still in business?

Not having had a regular housekeeper for some time, and having had less than good results with commercial cleaning companies in the past, I was way more than a bit skeptical as to my ability to find a service that would ever come anywhere near the service that my private housekeeper did before she went off to parts unknown and left me fend -- and dust -- for myself. I looked online - using our good friend, Google, and saw Busy Bee Clean and a couple others. I called each to compare services and prices. Busy Bee Clean offered me a stellar one-time price for two hours of clean. I wasn't ready to marry a new service -- just dating and I told Tate this when I talked to him at Busy Bee. He understood and we agreed I could try out the service and see how it goes. So yesterday, Tate assigned Regina to come clean for us for two hours. Well two hours later, Regina left and the areas we had requested she direct her attention to were sparkly and pristine. Just what we needed and had wanted. She brought her own supplies and used a step ladder to reach our mirrors and such that were over her head. She wasn't interrupted by phone chatter as are some services who are cleaning by the hour. She was quiet and pleasant but just worked the entire time. About an hour after she left our home much better than she found it, Tate, from Busy Bee telephoned to follow up and see if we were pleased with our experience. In a word -- YES! And I'm betting you will be also if you engage them. Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and we find ourselves in need of a little help. And when we do, it's important to get solid service for our hard earned dollars - especially in today's economy. I'm very glad that I found Tate and Busy Bee Clean. He and Regina were solid gold in a profession that can be very hit and miss. Thanks, Busy Bee! We will be calling you again!!!

I asked him if he had capacity before the initial deep clean, which he assured me he did. The deep clean took place on a Saturday, which we appreciated as we had a deadline before we wanted to decorate, and we were generally pleased with the results, however, there did seem to be some obvious missed steps. Couches weren't vacuumed on top or underneath, our entire guest room seems to have been skipped, bathroom floors weren't well-attended...but we were happy enough with the job that we wanted to continue as the areas they did hit were well done. I shared my feedback with Luis and sent him the highlights of what we felt was missed, asked a few questions to try and gauge why, and told him we just needed those attended to well when they came back for the first regular bi-weekly clean. He sent me short/clipped responses, never really addressed my questions or concerns, and then told me they were full and couldn't take us on as regular clients. When I asked if he was unwilling to take us as a client due to the feedback, he ghosted and I never heard from thereafter. They seemed like they did a fine enough job, but were not open to feedback, so in the end I can't say I recommend. Proceed with caution and be clear about expectations up front.
