I've previously hired biweekly cleaners at $60 per cleaning, so those numbers were exorbitantly high. Best came back at $179. I think the person they sent did a good job, but it wasn't a deep clean. I wouldn't use them again at that rate but at a lower rate for a biweekly cleaning, I would consider it. good things - the lady did wipe down all our books on our book shelves, and did a great job on floors. not so great - they did not do all our windows, which was one of the things I prioritized. also they missed a number of items that we pointed out at the end (a few dusty spots, a mirror and a tray on our ottoman) but they did not go back to do them. My house was cleaner than it was when they arrived but there wasn't a spectacular attention to detail.

The deep clean took place on a Saturday, which we appreciated as we had a deadline before we wanted to decorate, and we were generally pleased with the results, however, there did seem to be some obvious missed steps. Couches weren't vacuumed on top or underneath, our entire guest room seems to have been skipped, bathroom floors weren't well-attended...but we were happy enough with the job that we wanted to continue as the areas they did hit were well done. I shared my feedback with Luis and sent him the highlights of what we felt was missed, asked a few questions to try and gauge why, and told him we just needed those attended to well when they came back for the first regular bi-weekly clean. He sent me short/clipped responses, never really addressed my questions or concerns, and then told me they were full and couldn't take us on as regular clients. When I asked if he was unwilling to take us as a client due to the feedback, he ghosted and I never heard from thereafter. They seemed like they did a fine enough job, but were not open to feedback, so in the end I can't say I recommend. Proceed with caution and be clear about expectations up front.

Gordon and John came to our house to look at my back door. Gordon responded to my message right away which lets me know that he is professional. John, was his "door guy" and he was very knowledgeable about types of doors and took a look at my door and knew right away what needed to be done. The process to get my door replaced was straight forward, I paid for my door then when my door came, we set up an appointment to get it done. It took about a week and 3 days. The day John replaced the door, he worked nonstop in cold degree weather from 10a-3:30p! I mean he never stopped moving. I'm not even sure if he took a break to eat or drink. He fixed the frame of my door from Previous work that it had done, and even took the time to level it and raise it so that I don't get water in my house. I could tell that he took great pride in his job and I appreciate that he took the time to get the job done, did not rush it.
