And if I understand him correctly that's the same price he gives you if you ever have him come back a year or two later for a re-do. I don't think anyone offers that anymore to anyone. Within 2.5 hours our tile floors (and the very dirty grout) were cleaned and sealed. Sparkling really. Came back 2 days later for some touch up as the last thing he said to us was if there is anything we didn't like or wanted fixed to just call, that he stands behind his work 100% and it is so true... my wife says it's the best money we've spent in a long time! Can't thank you enough for a professional job. He even moves the furniture for god sakes! Very happy customers. Call Nils now!

I booked this company because they had some good yelp reviews and the guy who owns it had written…read moresomething funny in the his "from the business owner" section. I trust business owners who have a sense of humor. I called and the receptionist was nice and personable and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. She said they wouldn't do a job for under 100$, totally cool because it's still better than the headache and backache of renting a rug doctor at Von's and doing it yourself, (and probably not even doing a very good job.) I needed my carpets done asap and they were able to get to my place in under 24 hours from when I called! I was at work and I left a key under my mat and 100$ cash. The stains on my floor were just horrific, I didn't think it was possible to get them out, but somehow he did! My carpets look and feel brand new, it's unbelievable. Coming home to that is better than having gotten a manicure, pedicure and massage combined and less than half the price! Then there was the note he left me and the fact he went above and beyond with my bathroom rug and the fact he didn't even take full payment! I almost cried; whoever this Nils guy is, he's a really really good guy. I am a Clean Nest customer for life!

I spoke with Luis about a doing a deep-clean for us prior to putting up Christmas decor. The hope…read morewas to then sign up for bi-weekly cleanings. I asked him if he had capacity before the initial deep clean, which he assured me he did. The deep clean took place on a Saturday, which we appreciated as we had a deadline before we wanted to decorate, and we were generally pleased with the results, however, there did seem to be some obvious missed steps. Couches weren't vacuumed on top or underneath, our entire guest room seems to have been skipped, bathroom floors weren't well-attended...but we were happy enough with the job that we wanted to continue as the areas they did hit were well done. I shared my feedback with Luis and sent him the highlights of what we felt was missed, asked a few questions to try and gauge why, and told him we just needed those attended to well when they came back for the first regular bi-weekly clean. He sent me short/clipped responses, never really addressed my questions or concerns, and then told me they were full and couldn't take us on as regular clients. When I asked if he was unwilling to take us as a client due to the feedback, he ghosted and I never heard from thereafter. They seemed like they did a fine enough job, but were not open to feedback, so in the end I can't say I recommend. Proceed with caution and be clear about expectations up front.

I was a college student who requested a move out clean- they sent some lady who did absolutely nothing. I had to re-clean my home after, sent them multiple pictures of dirt and dust she didn't clean. I tried over 10x to reach out for a refund or explanation. Heard nothing. Hired them thru thumbtack. Stay away. They're thieves and shouldn't be in business. Sad from a "family run" company. And yes I STILL have the pictures from the "clean". This husband and wife ignored me and took my money for the worst job I've ever seen. And I know it's the same company because the owners name is Ronnie. Call me petty but I don't want anyone else to experience this so I'm going to post now :) How are they still in business?
