Been using Top Mop for at least 4 years now. Always been happy with the work done at my home. We have our main level and the upstairs cleaned every 2 weeks. All of the ladies that have worked at our home have been extremely professional and detailed. Currently, Kierra is cleaning our home. Hands down the best we have had. Don't get me wrong the other ladies were great, but she is at another level. Will continue the service for the foreseeable future. Its nice to come home to clean home every couple weeks. this cleaning service is not cheap but does a ok job so. That's ok. What pissed me off is the miss- scheduling and $50 charges on me for their miss scheduling. Here is story one, so I canceled one job due to Christmas traveling. But in my email, I mentioned to reschedule. They emailed me back with a schedule. But I missed the email and didn't confirm on that schedule. Then they sent the maid to my door at 8:00 am without my consents. Since I wasn't at home, of course, the appointment is missed and they charged me $50. They have been calling me a day or 2 ahead of my appointment to confirm the visit. Then they suddenly stopped calling me. They just sent the maid to my door without my consent again. They charged me another $50. Feel free to use the service if you don't care they suddenly send maid to your door without you consent then charge you money for it. read more

I have used Too Mops ever since I requested a deep clean for my home that set a new standard for me! They did an outstanding job and even brought in extra helpers to finish the job in the time frame they gave me. A Top Mop cleaner now comes every other week. When I signed up for service, I got the July deal on the premise that I would get a deep cleaning service and half off two follow up services. I had a verbal conversation with the woman that signed me up that was primarily about me getting that deal because I sent an email confirming my interest at the end of July. The ENTIRE conversation was about this deal. So, I signed up for a $600+ dollar deep clean and two monthly cleanings to follow. At no point did she tell me that I would not get the deal for monthly cleaning. They came, cleaned, and then didn't charge me. I called as a good citizen and told them I wasn't charged and then they came back and said I do not get the deal because I signed up for monthly cleaning. She repeated to me that I signed a contract as if I can't read. I signed that contract after the verbal discussion feeling confident my intention was met. Now given the confusion I said, OK I will eat the 300 dollars and ask for follow-up bi-weekly cleanings. She would not let me get the deal at this point and kept repeating the contract like I was an idiot. I would not suggest this company.
