Over the years I have never had this type of therapy and I am very confident that my pain can be corrected as opposed to managed. I very highly recommend this Doctor!

I had already been looking for a chiropractor for quite a while so this was great and when you signed up, you got a really nice deal, which was great. When I first went and saw the x-rays, they did on me and how much I could actually not move was crazy to what I got to after having 28 visits that I booked and it was three times a week. I was not really able to move before and constantly complaining about pain. After finishing these sessions , my posture and my movement is just so good now. I rarely even complain about pain. It is an ongoing treatment and you have to have patience with it, but it's great because Mike teaches you exercises and movements to do for when you're at home or feeling any kind of pain. The adjustments that he does on you are very quick and very soothing in a weird way because you walk out of there feeling like your whole back can breathe again. The staff there is amazing. They are beyond nice and the place is great and is always clean. Definitely if you're looking for a chiropractor I recommend for you to come check this place out. You will not be disappointed with it at all.

Pure Light is my new best recommendation to anyone who is pregnant!! Maninder worked wonders on my…read moreprenatal hip (pubic symphesis) pain, taking me from limited mobility mid-pregnancy, to feeling great and nimble in my body by 9 months - not the typical trajectory, and I credit it completely to Pure Light. BEFORE: I had never seen a chiropractor before, but my OB recommended it during my second pregnancy, for my worsening pubic symphesis pain (common pregnancy ailment where front middle of hip bone hurts). I had to quit doing prenatal yoga, and I was limiting even how much I walked. DURING: At first I was hesitant to see a man for prenatal care, but Maninder was amazing, made me 100% comfortable, explained everything about chiropractic care to me at my first appointment, and ended up being who I saw for almost all visits. At every appointment, he "adjusted" me, which felt like gentle pushes, tugs, and pressure, as well as some that felt relaxing like massage. From the first time, it made my body feel more relaxed, and I could tell it was slightly affecting my posture; after a few appointments, each adjustment made my body feel relaxed and aligned as though I'd just had a long massage - but it only took 10-15 minutes! Over time, after a few weeks, my body caught on and stayed in better alignment, so I began to feel good all the time, not just after appointments. AFTER: It was like magic, after a few weeks, my pain was so reduced that I was back to long walks and normal movement. The last few months of my pregnancy were totally turned around, as this allowed me to stay really active and feel better emotionally as well as physically. I love Pure Light, and highly recommend Maninder and Laine!
