Such a disappointing experience to trust a company and give them your business to then have them not take responsibility!

They hit electric, phone and cable lines which caused delays to the project and increased the impact on my yard . They placed the dirt in my back yard instead of the easement, which resulted in 1/4 of my yard being impacted. At the completion of the project, they did not back fill or grade the damage to the yard correctly. Their solution was to throw grass seed on the fill and on the areas they damaged accessing my property. No straw, to cover the seed? This work was done so late in the season, that I doubt the seed will germinate! Looks as if I will have to have the work re-done in the spring. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company! They should be responsible for putting my yard back into its original shape prior to them starting their work!

He also capped a dead line behind the wall that's probably been sitting there since the seventies. Didn't charge for that, said he wasn't going to leave it like that. Range has been in six months now. My father in law is a retired plumber and he came by and poked at all of it and said it was neat work, and from him that's basically a parade. But then they missed the higher up gutter and didn't connect it to the lower gutter (something specifically called out on their FIRST VISIT and discussion of work to be done, and a FOLLOW UP EMAIL where they said "yes, we will do that work.") Plain and simple, it's a gamble that you'll get what you paid for, but at this price, I had bigger gutters/downspouts and leaf guards added for less than other companies wanted for just a leaf guard. But the inability to complete the contract and then demand payment when I can't afford a lawyer? Does NOT leave a favorable feeling. Update: so they were paid in full - after the lien was filed, before their work was completed. Now they're demanding $200 extra to remove the lien, saying "it's in the attached invoice" - which it is not. So they filed a lien BEFORE work was completed, they were paid IN FULL before work was completed, and now are hassling me over $200 that they claim is in the "attached invoice" (hint: it is NOT in the invoice!) So - I'm going to say "not worth the hassle" and seek someone else. Maybe I'll get it resolved this year, who knows.

Communication was excellent, I always knew when to expect what to happen. I said my main goal was to have the room look brand new as though nothing had happened and that is exactly what they did. On the restoration side, Aarion was so responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. On the construction side, we were delighted to work with Rob, Nolan, and their crew. Our new kitchen is gorgeous, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Their hard work and customer service focus made what would have otherwise been a terrible experience into a great one.
