He completed everything except the tree trim and asked for full payment (which included the tree). He told me he would come back to trim the pine tree. Shortly after I paid him he got in an accident and broke his leg. He said he would come back to trim the tree after recovering. I was fine with that. I figured it would be awhile before he could do it. I contacted him early last month and he said he would come out to trim the tree that weekend or the following week and would let me know. I never heard back from him and now he is not responding to my calls or texts. Lesson learned, unfortunately! Don't pay until job is complete.

Well, I was told that the drainage was not good along my street and there was nothing he could do about it. I even sent pictures. If the water accumulated at the very bottom of the driveway, then I would have agreed with him. But that is not the case. He could have at least come out to look at it.
