Unfortunately they did not have it and needed to be ordered. The sales man offered me a dresser that looked nothing like what a wanted and it was $100 more. He also seemed like he wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible. Reluctantly I ordered the dresser which was going to take 3-6 weeks. I put down a deposit, but was able to find it somewhere else with sooner availability. I called Furniture and More for a refund on my deposit only to be told I could only have a store credit. I had no choice at this point but to wait for the furniture and pay for the rest of the product. I received a phone call later that week stating I could have my dresser delivered sooner than planned. The delivery was scheduled for that Saturday. On Saturday the wrong dresser was brought to my home. Needless to say $400 I was not happy. I called the store and they told me this is what I ordered. This is not what I ordered. This is what the salesman tried to sell to me and I did not want. I was told I would be issued a refund which is not even pending into my account. I called and the women who supposedly issued the refund was condescending and very rude. She asked if I have ever been issued a refund and I said she. She said "I don't doubt it". I will NEVER use the this store. You get what you pay for and that's poor customer service. Unfortunately the rudest person in the store is the district manager. After that he let us look around on our own and answered any questions we had. Zero pressure to buy a mattress, no annoying upselling. We found one, paid for it and it was delivered two days later. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Very friendly salesman named Jason. Side note: our last mattress was an online purchased mattress delivered in a box. Let me say, nothing beats laying on your mattress beforehand. And having them deliver your new mattress is so nice. They wore shoe covers to not track in dirt, they took the old mattress out and set the new mattress up in about 8 minutes. That beats dragging a heavy box upstairs, cutting it open, and getting rid of the old mattress yourself... trust me.

My Wife and I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and frame. We started at this store and…read morethe sales rep told us their best price was the sticker price, they were not allowed to sell it for any less. The salesman went on to assure us that no other store would be able to sell it for lower then sticker price as they were not permitted to do so. The salesman stated that if we were able to find it cheaper to get it in writing and Sleepy's would beat it by 20%. The next day we called Johnny Janosik (about 2 miles away) and Mattress Warehouse (about 1/4 mile away) and they both were willing to sell the same products for almost 10% cheaper. After getting the better price quoted in writing through an email I called the Sleepy's sales rep back, he stated that he misspoke about beating the price by 20%. He stated this offer didn't apply to Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We ultimately made our purchase through Mattress Warehouse for a little over 10% cheaper then Sleepy's, having the same free delivery, and 0% financing terms.
