There is a system called Brown Bear that Eric preached to all employees to utilize but then doesn't utilize it himself to see status of employee. My wife made sure that she had put in her day off in Brown Bear. So my wife did not respond as she was on her day off and will not prioritize work above family. When my wife responded via text to Eric upon her return to work, Eric didn't acknowledge as he was upset about it and throwing a temper tantrum like a child. Later that day when it was convenient for Eric he told my wife he can meet with her in the shipping office. At which time they discussed the tile order in question and my wife told Eric that she will not respond to work calls nor texts on her off time. Eric just looked at her and walked out without even an acknowledgement. How disrespectful and unprofessional. As a person and operations manager Eric, you should know better and treat people better. If your managers accept this type of behavior then they are just as guilty and the business is not a professional one. Please be careful as a customer for this is not a business to support.

Instead they just showed up. They didn't show up for work for one day. They would arrive around 9:45 sit in their vehicle and start to work at 10 am, work for 2 hrs. have a 1 hr. lunch, and then start to wrap up around 4 pm. There was a language barrier, they ordered the wrong door, etc. Matt who says he's the project manager.....never acted like one. My husband would call him.....and he wouldn't call back. They take 90% of your money before they start. Matt told my husband that we were the lowest dollar job that they were working on. Who says that? Soooo unprofessional.
