It checked out okay, and I was only charged a service fee and I was not pressured into installing additional parts that may or may not have been needed or buy a new appliance. But, within a few days, the refrigerator / freezer was not working right again. Another tech was sent out and installed a new control panel, and I was charged only for the panel (no additional service fee). So far, the refrigerator / freezer is working as it should. Kenny, the Chief Service and Parts Officer, scheduled both calls efficiently and emailed me the dates and times for my approval. He gave me a 2-hour window for each call. On the days of service, I was notified of the exact time the techs would be arriving. Both techs (Bobby and Tyler) were courteous and knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I called the office to receive copies of the invoices for both calls. Within minutes, Rebecca emailed the invoices to me. I am happy to support a local business that provides such expert and personal service. Special thanks to the team at Spichers!

Also, if you have thin skin and happen to be a woman, this isn't a store for you. Every single man in this building will, inevitably, crack a joke about women and their deficiencies when it comes to home improvement. Just be ready for it. They have recently taken away the 10% Military discount on tons of items throughout the store. Apparently millions of dollars in profit just wasn't enough. That just makes me sad for them. If they're hurting that bad, we can afford to pay full price. The store is always pretty clean. The staff are typical to the times we live in. They'll help if they really have to, but don't think they'll approach you with any kind of preemptive courtesy. "Hi Brianna or whoever is reading this, I see that you reached out to the person below concerning your carelessness, but you haven't reached out to me concerning the damage you caused to my driveway and landscaping with your forklift. Your driver literally came up my driveway and made an indentation in my new asphalt driveway and jacked up my landscaping that was done two days prior. I wrote to you and haven't heard anything back! I'm going to post more pictures like these on every review site I can find to warn people about you (including the damage your delivery driver/s caused to my landscaping and driveway, and the fact that you left my delivery literally on the road) of the damage you caused to my new $25,000 driveway! Also, my attorney will be contacting you soon! Check your email for complaints! Dan May 27, 2026 We apologize for the lack of notification and inconvenience with your delivery, Todd. Thank you for your feedback. Please email TeamSocial@estes-express.com with your tracking/Pro number so we can investigate and address this issue." Do not use this company! These idiots put my order of stone tiles (a pallet) on the road, nowhere near my house, and then placed it at the bottom of my driveway like I'm stupid and wouldn't notice it. Home Depot had to come out and remove it from the road. Do not use them!!! These fools literally left it on the road, and I wrote them about it and have not received a reply. I also had no choice in using them since Home Depot set up the delivery.

This small-town appliance store is an absolute gem, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. From the moment you walk in, it's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Lee and Brian are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in finding the right appliance for your needs. A while back we purchased a big green egg there and had a wonderful experience and at that point we promised we'd never buy an appliance any place else. Fast-forward a few months and we found ourselves with a broken dishwasher and washing machine all the week leading up to Thanksgiving. I called over and jokingly said that I'm your dream. Customer that if you have the product in stock and can install it this week. I'll be over with cash in hand. Lee and Brian appreciated my willingness, yet still went out of their way to make sure we got the right appliance and best deal (thanks Black Friday). They got us up and running and saved our Thanksgiving. Best of all, they service what they sell, and in a changing landscape of limited, trusted appliance repair options, this is a huge selling feature. Do not go anywhere else. For anyone in need of quality appliances with service you can trust, this is the place to go. Support local, support family-owned, and experience the difference. Five stars, every time!
