He's a three layer malamute and being wet in the cold can severely hamper his health. I am disgusted and demand accountability.

I was referred to this guy by someone who had started a project to renovate a house that I had…read morepreviously been renting, but for whatever reason the first guy wasn't able to finish after 4 months. I was just paying them for the labor because I was purchasing all of the materials. When Malpass came by he gave me an estimate for the remaining labor, which I agreed to and he told me that he could have everything finished up in 3 days. Well 3 days turned into 3 weeks and then I started getting some sob story about him being broke and he felt like he was doing work for free. Now there were a couple of things that were adding into the job once he got started but I did pay him an additional $600 for those little things which included taking one ceiling fan apart (that the previous guy put up) and tighten it up so that it didn't make noise when it was on and, shifting another ceiling fan over from the position the other guy put it in. Putting new thermostats in for my AC units was part of the task that he was originally hired to do but in doing so, they were connected wrong and one of my units fried some wiring. (I paid him an extra $100 to have his AC guy look at this and he messed it up even worse. I paid this guy to epoxy my kitchen counter tops and he did a terrible job. There are bubbles and dust or dirt that is clearly visible underneath the epoxy. I had 5 ceiling fans changed out by the first guy and I told Malpass that he could have 2 of the old ones for his sister who wanted some ceiling fans, but he took all 5 of my old ceiling fans and even took some more materials that I had purchased. When I asked him about it he said he threw the other ceiling fans away and he returned some of my materials, not all. There were two other things that I hired and paid this guy to do that he never did. He was suppose to repair a cabinet in the bathroom that had a wood chip and replace all window screens that had holes in them, but he did neither one. A lot of the stuff he did I have had to hire someone to go behind him to do it again. I don't recommend this guy to anyone and I wish I never use him in the first place.

They got us checked in early and our dogs were well taken care of during their stay. We chose the day boarding and the bath. if we are ever here again and need our dogs boarded, we will use them again. 10/10 highly recommend!

Give yourself a couple of hours to really take your time to look through everything because they do have a little of everything. There is a large outdoor area and larger indoor area and it's all packed! I can't wait to go back. I only wish it was closer to OKC. I found several vintage items to turn into candle holders and planters, vintage house coat and even a 50's flower covered hat! I mean really, where can someone find all that in one place other than Mike's! It's fantastical! Oh, and it's all well priced.
