They abandoned the rest of their job after I told them I would not pay another $2800 because I had just paid 12,000 for a project they did not complete. Instead of working through or talking they said they would never come back unless they were paid. Now I have to worry about them filing a false lien even though they did not complete their own contract. *edited to add it took this long to get a response just like it took forever for them to follow up. Also I can post a picture of the contract and maybe he can look up the word scope and he can read his contract and realize he did not ever fulfill the contract. They were paid 12,000 on Monday and then I realized the project was not completed per the contract so I told them I would pay when it was complete on Wednesday. Instead of being men of their word and following the contract they wrote they decided to again put my project off and refused to finish to get paid. They were paid 60% on projects that have never even been touched and are still blaming it on subs that they hired. Funny thing is I spoke to the people they hired and they actually cared and tried to make their mistakes right. Pitch tried to screw them over on payment and explained to me the timeline they discussed. Pitch has horrible communication with clients and the subs they hire. All in all would never hire or recommend and will make sure none of my friends or family ever deal with them.

He then said "I tested you to see if you were going to be at least some what fair $ wise.". I told him I was not satisfied with his work he said " if you expect people to be that thorough when doing something for you, you should give them a heads up." I offered to let him make correct the issues and he wanted to charge even more. A day and a half later he brought the police to my home because I refused to pay for his poor work. When I explained to the officer how poor the work was and that the job was not completed, he left, telling Mr. Carroll he would be arrested for trespassing if he cam back. Update, as of this AM, I have 7 more texts from him. Be careful ! Don't be bullied !

Chris did a drywall repair and assembled several sets of metal shelves for my garage. When I realized what a gem Chris was, we moved on to other kinds of projects. Chris has worked in my home, my son's home and several of my rental properties. He has replaced that awful 1960's panelling with drywall in a family room; hung interior and exterior doors; created a closet in an under-utilized area under my staircase; enclosed a staircase; removed a half wall to open-up a kitchen; repaired and replaced hardwood flooring where it was damaged or missing; painstakingly removed that dreaded "popcorn ceiling" and managed to control what might have been a terrible mess; created beautiful casement trim for bookcases, windows and doors; retextured and painted interior walls, including some amazing 'faux' finishes; replaced plumbing fixtures and light fixtures; installed window shades and blinds; and checked out potential properties I was considering buying - to name a few of the smaller projects. He has also done total gut and remodel of bathrooms that, to this day, I still use as examples of how a remodel should be done. In short, with Chris Golden you get a no nonsense guy who is not only a highly skilled craftsman but who also brings imagination, excellent design suggestions and flawless execution. He does not hide issues. We own a condo and had another HVAC vendor put in a new dryer ducting run between the first and second floors. We knew they did not do drywall nor stucco/finishing so I engaged Chris, who I had never used before, for that job. When Chris started to work to trim the ceiling opening to put the new drywall patch in place, he found that the dryer ducting had been 'squished' ontop of our existing flexible AC ducting. He found that our air flow from our HVAC system to the vents adjacent to this ducting were being severely compromised. Also there was condensation collecting around the new dryer ducting as well as on the hvac ducting due to "heat from the dryer" converging with "Cool air from the hvac". And this was days after the HVAC folks did their work. He engaged a specialist to advise us on what we needed to do and then he reran portions of the new dryer ducting away from the hvac so that the hvac flow was no longer compromised. The finished product was amazing... you can not tell we had any work done on the ceiling at all unless you knew there was work done there! I highly recommend Chris for all paint, drywall and stucco jobs and will only use Chris for all future work on any of our properties.

Needed my siding washed on my house so I search on yelp. I found this company and decided to give…read morethem a call. When I called they quickly answered, and I gave the gentleman that answered description of my home and asked him for an estimated price. He gave a great price! So I then asked him how soon could he come out. He said he could be at my home in 1.5 hours. He arrived on time. We walked around the entire outside of the house talking about what I needed done. I also added to the job. I asked if he could also clean out my gutters and clean concrete driveway and concrete path to my front door. He had no problem with my additional request, and gave me a new price that included the additional requests that I thought was great. He and his wife are so thorough and meticulous. They did a great job. After they are done they have you walk the entire house again asking if you see anything they missed. After everything was addressed I paid them via credit card. They have the credit card reader attaches to the phone to process your transaction and send the receipt by email. I will reccomend this Owner Operator Husband Wife Team to anyone that asks me for a power washing company!

My honest review of this "business" should you choose to call it that is as follows…read more  First and foremost this "business" does not reside at the address it claims to. The address listed is not only my personal residence but also one that the owner of this "business", Greg Hall, is not allowed within 200 yards of due to domestic violence. A judge ordered him to vacate the premises over a year ago. So it would be a little difficult to handle business from that distance and with those restrictions.  With that being said and also to keep things honest. Greg Hall used to reside at the address above and did do some "work", if you can call it that, allow me to share the highlights: leaky second hand skylight taken from a previous job, added archways to kitchen that also leak, ill fitted reused kitchen sink from a previous remodel for another client, unfinished framing around oven, a "gazebo" made from old rotted doors torn from previous demolition jobs, and his prized possession, a home made urinal crafted from double stacking two regular bathroom sinks. This is just a short list of some of the dozens of well documented "upgrades" he did to our home. Keep in mind that these "upgrades"  were done while he lived at this address. If this is the care and lack of respect he took in "renovating" his own home then what kind of quality can you really expect for a home that he does NOT live in. When it comes to remodeling your home or business I would do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and take your job to a more reliable, responsible, honest contractor.

He was AWESOME! He was friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable, and I really felt like he gave me a great deal on the work he did. Will definitely use him again! If you need someone to do beam work, you really need to call Greg because he knows his stuff.
