Since then, I've spent at least 4 or 5 thousand dollars there, and I love working with them. The store doesn't carry everything I need, but what they have is very very competitively priced, and often, I can pick up what I need from what's in stock. When I need something special, they do a great job of listening to what I want and helping me get it ordered. Home Outlet has become the first place I go when I need windows, flooring, cabinets, tile, counter tops, doors, and more. Another observation. With few exceptions, the same people I was dealing with in 2021 are there today. Lynn the store manager, Brent and Robert (who just retired a couple of weeks ago) are customer service experts. They are always ready to help me, but know when to leave me alone to shop and think before I need assistance. I don't have a single criticism of these professionals, and I look forward to shopping with them for years to come!

No one ever answered, but that was preferable to having to deal with that rude customer service person. Very gruff. Staff should be trained better. Beautiful selection in the garden center and the store is generally neat and clean and has some great products. Some of the employees, especially some of the older ones, are extremely friendly and helpful.
