One large, expensive window was wrapped so tightly that it bent the entire frame so badly that the metal lock cracked in half. So, I ordered another one. The next one showed up in the wrong color. So, I ordered another one. I picked that one up myself and realized immediately when I arrived to the jobsite that half of it was cracked. I brought it right back to the store and their manager, Brock Withers, claimed zero responsibility, would not take a return, blamed me for having broken it and tried to convince me that they had done me a huge service for taking the first two returns. This was just one small examples of all the issues we have ordering windows through Menards.... never again!

This place just flat out sucks. The staff is usually rude and unhelpful, there's typically long…read morelines, and you are constantly worried about where to park because spots are filled with carts that are just piled up everywhere. You seriously have to park away from the building to prevent carts from rolling into your car. Save yourself the hassle and headache and just go to the Home Depot down the road.

I loved the felt food booth - so cute! This is definitely a place to find great gifts. I took some photos of the American Girl doll sized clothes for friends - the Lions gear was the best. The "artisan" market part means there are handmade items for sale as well as antiques, so it's definitely a mix of stuff. I will say I didn't notice much in the way of vintage clothing. The employee was very abrupt and short. Eventually was able to cancel the exchange but never in any of the calls did I receive so much as an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" from anyone.
