So, I ordered another one. I picked that one up myself and realized immediately when I arrived to the jobsite that half of it was cracked. I brought it right back to the store and their manager, Brock Withers, claimed zero responsibility, would not take a return, blamed me for having broken it and tried to convince me that they had done me a huge service for taking the first two returns. This was just one small examples of all the issues we have ordering windows through Menards.... never again!

This place just flat out sucks. The staff is usually rude and unhelpful, there's typically long…read morelines, and you are constantly worried about where to park because spots are filled with carts that are just piled up everywhere. You seriously have to park away from the building to prevent carts from rolling into your car. Save yourself the hassle and headache and just go to the Home Depot down the road.

I've driven by Pinky's Place many times but never stopped in until recently. In the main entrance area there is a checkout as well as several canned/jarred food items for sale - we saw a lot of honey, salad dressings, canned/pickled veggies, etc. From there we wandered around and just kind of explored. I loved the felt food booth - so cute! This is definitely a place to find great gifts. I took some photos of the American Girl doll sized clothes for friends - the Lions gear was the best. The "artisan" market part means there are handmade items for sale as well as antiques, so it's definitely a mix of stuff. I will say I didn't notice much in the way of vintage clothing. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager refused. I asked to speak to the GM, they wouldn't give me the number. But they said they would give him mine and I would be contacted. I was never contacted. They then took my water line and said they automatically returned it, but refused to give me my money. They basically stole from me. I said I never said that was okay. I just want the $19.06 they stole from me.
