I dropped off final payment Tuesday as requested so installation could be done Wednesday. The 2 installers were prompt, efficient & cordial. Right upon completion of installation one of the installers then asked to see the faucet I picked out. I ordered a single faucet unit. The sink had 3 holes - one for a faucet & two knobs. Clearly that wouldn't work. Thursday I stopped in to talk to Susan who was clearly annoyed from the get-go. I told her we had a problem. She immediately said she couldn't order another sink without charging us. I hadn't even suggested that. I went there looking for help with a solution. She said she had asked me if I needed an 8" spread faucet and that I said "yes." That is an outright lie. I don't even know what that means. She had to explain it right then & there. I did not tell her to order that. I don't like being lied to. She said I just had to live with the mistake. I wonder if she would live with it if it was her bathroom. She was not interested in the least in talking to me or helping me with a resolution. What she forgot was that we had told her we had a second bathroom to remodel and our kitchen after that. Guess where I will NOT be going. She just lost thousands of dollars of our business. It wasn't so much the mistake that upset me as much as her attitude. She did not care. Not a good way to do business. If you use them make sure "everything" is clearly spelled out in your contract. It was not noted at all on ours that "we" ordered an 8" spread. When you spend the kind of money we did, you want it right.

To start, they personally came to our home multiple times, to talk through our vision of the space and take their own measurements. We received quotes from other orgs as well and most of them upon initial conversation said "send me the measurements and I'll give you a quote." Which was frustrating as we were changing so much about the kitchen. Kelly and her team came out for that initial consultation and helped us figure out what could realistically be done, and what wouldn't make sense. For example I really wanted pantry doors in a pretty tough spot of my kitchen; and Kelly instead recommended floor to ceiling cabinets for a cleaner look with the same effect. And don't even get me started on how many renderings she showed us with various colors we were considering, cabinet lines and types of cabinets. To take it a step further, Kelly personally hand delivered samples knowing that I lived nearby and saved us so many trips. We were never made to feel shamed when we changed our mind or wanted to see another sample. She simply guided us through the entire process with patience and understanding. Even after signature, Kelly has stayed super close to the project to ensure everything is running smoothly. We've had an incredible experience with their cabinet guys internally and their recommendation of vendors for stone were top knotch, and the recommendation for hardware / sink fixtures was an easy seamless experience. We are so happy to have chosen them, their communication is what really makes them stand out and the design support is turning our average kitchen into a high end magazine worthy kitchen. You get what you pay for, and choosing to invest in this organization for your work is choosing to have your project completed with seamless communication, mitigated issues, and high end customer service is worth its weight in gold. 10/10 recommend, we will be using them for any and all home improvement projects!! That is when he does respond. The sink top came without notice, there was never any communication. Poor poor poor business. It has been eight months and we still have no mirrored doors.

About two weeks from the start we went into the showroom to review the plans and go over the final quote - We were so excited I can't even begin to describe the immense disappointment when Vonnie so very proudly presented us with a quote that was 25 % over our budget. I was in total shock. In shock not just by the ridiculous quote I was just given but for the condescending way she spoke to us in trying to justify her numbers. Further berating us and telling us how insulted she was when I demanded our 250.00 design fee returned to us "I'm insulted that you don't even think my time to put this beautiful design together for you is worth that fee, if you find someone to do your kitchen the way you want it for that amount of money it would be crap" Well Vonnie - we also were insulted for the way you deliberately misled us -insulted you wasted our time without any regard to the situation you were fully aware of we were in.
