First, I love the actual cabinet & marble top sink we ordered for our bathroom remodel. The reason I gave 2 stars was because of my experience with one of the owners, Susan. I dropped off final payment Tuesday as requested so installation could be done Wednesday. The 2 installers were prompt, efficient & cordial. Right upon completion of installation one of the installers then asked to see the faucet I picked out. I ordered a single faucet unit. The sink had 3 holes - one for a faucet & two knobs. Clearly that wouldn't work. Thursday I stopped in to talk to Susan who was clearly annoyed from the get-go. I told her we had a problem. She immediately said she couldn't order another sink without charging us. I hadn't even suggested that. I went there looking for help with a solution. She said she had asked me if I needed an 8" spread faucet and that I said "yes." That is an outright lie. I don't even know what that means. She had to explain it right then & there. I did not tell her to order that. I don't like being lied to. She said I just had to live with the mistake. I wonder if she would live with it if it was her bathroom. She was not interested in the least in talking to me or helping me with a resolution. What she forgot was that we had told her we had a second bathroom to remodel and our kitchen after that. Guess where I will NOT be going. She just lost thousands of dollars of our business. It wasn't so much the mistake that upset me as much as her attitude. She did not care. Not a good way to do business. If you use them make sure "everything" is clearly spelled out in your contract. It was not noted at all on ours that "we" ordered an 8" spread.
