I have become pretty domesticated over the past 10 years or so. I have always been a fan of being organized and such however I have certainly found a niche when it comes to our home. Bed Bath and Beyond (BBB) is about as much of a one stop shop as there is for me. When it comes to your home, they pretty much have everything except food. They certainly have items for more rooms than the bedroom and bathroom. This is where the beyond is applicable. Some of the items that we have recently purchased at BBB are some great hangers that replaced our existing hangers. These are more durable, yet a smaller profile which created immediate room in our closet. This was not all a good thing as my wife suddenly has room in the closet to purchase more clothes. We have purchased several drawer organizers. I do not like junk drawers so these are nice as there are several options for their drawer organizers. We use them in our kitchen and our office. Speaking of kitchen, they have so many fun gadgets for the kitchen including pots, pans, and all the utensils your heart desires. Most recently we purchased some cutting boards for the kitchen. In the past we purchased a new head for an electric razor, candles for the house, a mirror and some gifts. I wish I knew about BBB back when we got married as we would have totally burned out that gun you get to use for registry. Talk about a kid in a candy store, that is shopping at BBB for me. read more

The people at this Bed, Bath and Beyond are Beyond friendly. These folks were super helpful when I rolled in about 15 minutes before closing time. The cashier was especially sweet, telling us about some products we hadn't considered and their Beyond subscription service. I will definitely be back to this location. read more

Ready to go! I needed to pick up some items on a bridal registry and didn't want to spend a ton of time walking around, so I looked on-line. One thing that bugs me about BBB is you have to walk all the way around the store for what you need. That's me though - sometimes I like to browse, sometimes I'm tasky. This day, I was in a tasky mood. I was pleasantly surprised you are able to check the availability of the registry items on-line at each store. I was even happier when I was able to have them set the items aside for me pick up later in the day! When I arrived, the items were locked up and ready to be rung up. Then I got free gift wrapping and everything! The whole process took under 15 minutes and I walked out a Happy Shopper. This will be my mode of bridal registry shopping going forward. read more

Super helpful yet NOT annoying sales staff. BEST selection and prices on Soda Stream!

A year ago I bought from this store a Sodastream gas tank that broke my machine. Got a new one and have used that since. Two months ago I got another tank like the one that broke my machine, went to exchange it, but they were all the same, the manager was very difficult but finally returned my empty bottle. When I called Sodastream they told me that the tanks with the valve I won't use had been recalled nearly two years ago. They asked for info to contact the store directly. It's six weeks later, and I just peeled of the safety seal to find another recalled CO2 tank. Called Sodastream again, and they pulled up notes stating tjey called AND wrote to the store. The only reasonable conclusion is that they are knowingly selling items that have been recalled for defects. read more

I dunno, it's a Bed Bath & Beyond so they carry the usual stuff. Also has some interesting items like glass nail files, shower drain covers (I think all BBBs have these), and glass water bottles. I was disappointed that this particular store does not carry Poo-Pourri. read more

I *have* shopped here often as I live nearby. This past weekend, I tried to return 4 brand new items that I had purchased from them, but could not find my receipt for. Like most stores, I expected that I would be able to get a store credit to pick out something else instead, especially as this is what their return policy states. I was returning a curtain rod, 2 curtain panels, and 1 pair of tie-backs. The curtain rod was the wrong length and I changed my mind on the color panels, but all were brand new still in packaging. The manager looked something up in her computer and told me they could only take back the tie backs and ONE curtain panel as her computer shows that is all they've sold in the last 4 weeks. She said they could hang on to the rest of my stuff until "Corporate can research this and then they would mail you a check". No guarantee what my check would be for or if they would even return my stuff. Not to mention when I asked how much I would be getting back for my ONE curtain panel they would return, she looked at the sticker (24.99) and said, "Not 24.99. You'll get what it's worth, which is 11.99". Putting aside the rude manager's comments, nowhere in Bed, Bath, and Beyond's return policy does it mention anything about corporate researching returns and mailing checks. It clearly states that if you don't have your receipt, you will be given store credit. I took my stuff and left. Drove 6 miles to the Apple Valley Bed, Bath, and Beyond, where I was provided a store credit for 100% of what I paid for all of my items, no questions asked. Even though the Eagan store is literally across the street from me, you could not pay me to shop there again. I will gladly drive out of my way to provide the Apple Valley store with my business. read more
