I've been waiting since noon today for a phone call to come give me an estimate. if they can't show…read moreup for that then why should I trust them to help me with my kitchen. Poor service provided so makes me concerned about trusting them for the job.

This is the worst granite installation I've ever had. It was installed in July 2021. Seams show in the most obvious places and yes I knew there would be multiple seams. The filler used has yellowed. They weren't properly sealed and the most everyday kitchen spills must be wiped up immediately or the material stains. I've never had to seal a new granite installation nor was I told to do so by this company. Had they told me I'd have done it. My main complaint is pricing. 2 friends had countertops installed within weeks of mine. Material prices did not increase. Got that verbatim from the owner when I questioned why my quote was so much higher. The owner gave me my exact quote per slab/item. The slabs I chose cost less and my square footage was also less but not by much. My quote was $1100 more in one case and $900 in the other. He said mileage to my house factored in. Was 30 miles from 1st friends home. His quote was $1100 less. I was 14 miles from the 2nd. She had the most square footage and used quartz. Much more expensive than my slabs. Her quote was $900 less. Mileage was not a valid excuse. I was so angry I cancelled part of my order. Would've cancelled it all had I not placed my deposit. Found out about the cost differences after placing my deposit. First time in all the renovations I've done that I've felt completely taken advantage of by a company. I'll be replacing the countertops as soon as I can afford it. They're that bad. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I used ReBath to convert my tub/shower from the 1970's into a beautiful up to date Walk-In Shower!…read more Every part of the consultation was explained to me step-by-step. Clint Zimmerman was my Installer, and he was very courteous, Professional, and always explained to me each step he was doing daily. It was a very pleasant experience, and I'm enjoying my Walk-In Shower so much! I am on Disability, and I have the most beautiful shower....with a good seat, and really nice grab bars, wonderful easy step in to the shower as well. Now, I enjoy my shower, and the materials my designer helped me pick out make me feel like I'm in luxury. Thanks so much to all of you at ReBath... Rebecca S.

I definitely do not recommend ReBath Services. We sat down…read morewith a sales lady (I can't remember her name) she was nice and we planned out our design and plan. We chose ReBath because of their 'quick turnaround time' which was advertised to be 3 days. We were told however, because of our custom glass shower, it would take approx 6 weeks for the glass to come in-- and we were OK with that. When our install date came around, it was a nightmare. The installers broke a piece of my door trim and then complained that it cost them $300+ to get a new piece cut because I live in an old home and it had to be custom made to match the other trim. I have a center mount single faucet and they installed it offset to the left and sealed it, and when I saw it-- I was like "that's crooked it needs to be corrected." They had to uninstall it and order a new countertop to fix it. I purchased a mirror to hang over my sink, the installers told me that they would hang it for me, but all they did was left extra holes in my wall after several attempts to hang it without wall anchors. They told me they weren't able to hang it after multiple attempts. They threw away the instructions which included the mounting template...i had to buy a new mirror, repair the holes in the wall & and hang it myself. They installed a ponywall which was cut with the drywall exposed open to moisture. They did not use any form of ventilation or vent machine, my den was covered in construction dust. When we discussed the design with the sales lady, I told her that I wanted the shower head hung very high, however, when I came home, the installers had already ran plumbing and installed it barely at eye level. I told my sales lady that I wanted the glass shower surround to be ceiling height, however, when the glass arrived it was only standard height and was very thin/flimsy glass. I was told that the glass could not be taller because it was not thick enough-- I told them that if thicker glass is required for a taller surround, then that is what should have been ordered and mentioned during the design process. New glass was ordered and it took another 6 weeks to come in. Whe this glass arrived and was installed-- the door was the wrong size and had to be re-ordered. The caulking of the shower and wall trim is very thick and sloppy. ReBath installed a new toilet in this bathroom and I had to buy an aftermarket soft close toilet lid, but for as much as the toilet and remodel cost, this should have been included. The shower knob intermittently pops off, the installed ponywall is wobbly. After all of this, I called the office to make a complaint and asked for compensation for my unsatisfactory experience. I spoke with the lady in the office named Mauri, she was very rude and condescending-- she offered me a $20 gift card (keep in mind this installation was approx $19k). I had to call them back out to my home approx 1 year (or less) later because my glass door was falling because it was heavy and screwed into the drywall and not the anchoring wall stud. Instead of willingly fixing their mistake, I had to have Fuller glass company (the glass installer) call them and discuss it to see who was at fault. The ReBath installer came to my home, they wanted to tear out the wall & wood paneling in my den to access the wall studs in the adjacent bathroom instead of reopening the bathroom wall panel that they installed-- because they didnt want to mess up their own work, but didnt mind tearing up other rooms in my house.
