After placing the order, I asked the florist to send me a photo of the arrangements and provide an itemized bill (I'm located out of state), but neither of these requests was fulfilled. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, I followed up with an email. The florist only then sent a photo of the delivered arrangement, which looked nothing like the advertised photo. I was deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the discrepancy between the advertised and actual arrangements. Knowing I was from out of state, they apparently thought they could send any quality of flowers. If that is their standard practice, it is unfortunate and I do not recommend this florist.

That's why, when it came to buying a corsage for my son's prom date, it was important to find a corsage as beautiful and unique as the young woman wearing it. We found that and more when we walked into Flower Power and asked about corsages and boutonnières. We were warmly greeted by Heather, and she directed to a customization station that provided the option to choose everything from the style/color of ribbon, leaves, sparkly blingage, and whirly-whatsits, as well as a wide variety of wrist bands. After my son made his myriad selections, Heather showed us what she thought would work as a filler flower (deftly demonstrating that she is definitely not a baby's breath florist!), and she gave us an idea of how it would all come together with the sweetheart roses. We also ordered his boutonnière, ensuring everything would match beautifully. In spite of every detail and perfect personalization, we were still very much within budget, spending less than we would have at other, more mainstream, florists. Knowing our dollars are supporting a local business made me feel even better about our purchase! I can't wait to see how happy she will be when she sees what was made especially for her, and I'm excited to see how proud my son will be for helping create such a unique piece of wearable art.

A sweet family in the surrounding area decided to take donations to put together flower bouquets and deliver them to nursing homes to brighten days and bring smiling faces. This business went out of their way to attack that family and essentially shut them down because they felt they weren't getting the business they deserved. Perhaps you aren't getting business because of the way you treat people. It costs you absolutely NOTHING to be kind, yet they still chose to be NASTY human beings.
