They had substituted most of the pink roses with carnations. The one rose that they had in it had brown edges, a very short stem that barely reached the water, & was wilted the next day. The arrangement looks as if it rode leaning in a car seat, because many of the foliage leaves were broken & bent on the backside of the arrangement, and one of the lilies looked squashed & fell apart by the next morning. First off -- it's BYOB... and we definitely took advantage of that! It made the whole experience even more relaxed and fun. The two hours completely flew by. The instructor was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging, which made the class enjoyable whether you're brand new to pottery or have some experience. The other couples in our class were great too -- it created such a welcoming and easygoing atmosphere. We each made three pieces during the class, which was more than we expected and made it feel like a really great value. A few weeks later, we came back to paint our pieces. The owner took the time to explain how different glazes react depending on the type of pottery, firing temperatures, and drying process. That insight really mattered -- it helped us make better choices, and our finished pieces came out absolutely gorgeous. After one final week of firing, our pottery was ready for pickup -- and seeing the finished results was so rewarding. Overall, the entire experience was thoughtfully run, creative, fun, and well worth the money. We highly recommend Magnolia Mudroom for a date night or even just a unique experience with friends. We'll definitely be back!

She also responds well to my emails even after I made a reservation. Also, my baby went to NICU but she was able to work with us after discharge. Her instructions are clear and specific before the session. The studio was neat, well ventilated and had a really comfy couch! Haha. It's conducive for sleeping while baby is having her session. Lol! Snacks and drinks are available while we wait. Jaci works with newborns so well! I love her craft and I highly recommend her services.
