Wow. The more I find out about this business the worse it gets…read more To return a mattress for a refund is 20% of the cost of the mattress. At the cost of mattresses these days that's hundreds of dollars. To exchange a mattress is still 10% so still hundreds of dollars. Plus an additional $100 to pick it up. Then the free pillow ($100) and mattress protector ($200) that came with the mattress weren't returnable so the cost of these "free" items was also deducted. This was not mentioned during the purchase of course. So I was looking at a loss of over $600 just to get the original mattress back to the store. I still would have to pay the difference for the new mattress. So just to exchange the mattress would have cost over $1000. Go to Bedroom Sleep Shop.
