First time using Beckett Van service and it was perfect! The initial phone conversation with Carolyn she took all of my details and explained the service. Everything went exactly how she promised. We were a family of 6 traveling very early morning to JFK. We also had a return pick up scheduled at JFK. Both drivers were on time , courteous and in constant communication . I last used Beckett on Oct. 5 2025. In a conversation with my driver Tony I realized I never left a review for this wonderful company. I have been using Beckett for several year when visiting family in SI. Carolyn is a pleasure to deal with she is the voice of Beckett. She schedules pick-up to & from airport; answers your questions. I feel like I am speaking to a friend whenever I call. The drivers who work for Beckett are courteous; professional & make you feel safe from pick-up to drop-off. I have never once had a problem with Beckett Van Service would highly recommend. You won't regret it. Carolyn sorry I took so long to do a review read more

Always prompt, curious and reasonable. We have used them for two trips now, and all their drivers are amazing.

Becketts service was great. Had service to and from JFK for our trick to Curacao and it went off without a hitch. Both drivers were professional, courteous and friendly. Atmosphere in vehicle was laidback and conversation was easy. Driving was professional even in the NY traffic. Will definitely use again for our transportation needs and highly reccomend. read more

Picked up on time , pleasant ride always. They check in with you, will hold your car seats and pick you up with them on return.

I'm so glad I was able to work with Caroline to set up guest and wedding party transportation for my wedding last week. She was so helpful throughout the process, proactively helped me visualize how the day would go, and offered helpful suggestions based on her experience with weddings. She was able to establish trust and rapport within the first phone call and I immediately knew I hired the right company and was in good hands after chatting with her. I felt that their focus really was on me as a customer and what my needs were, not on maximizing their profit, which really put me at ease. Everything went very well on the wedding day - some of my wedding party wound up being late, and the drivers expertly worked around that so my day was not impacted at all. I highly recommend this company for any travel for special events! After working with them I would never use another company for events on Staten Island. read more

Incredible service. We used them to get our group, including two children in car seats, to and from the Bayonne cruise terminal. They showed up, early, and kept in communication before each pickup. As an added bonus, we lost sunglasses in the van unknowingly on the way to the cruise terminal, and they went out of their way to bring the sunglasses back to us when we returned a week later. We will absolutely be recommending and using their services again in the future. read more

Once again we had great service from Beckett!! Our flight landed early and I already had a message from our driver. Took over 40 minutes to get our luggage but we walked out of the terminal and puff he arrived! Dan our driver was so friendly and professional. You can't get better service anywhere read more

Just got home from a cruise to Bermuda leaving from New York City. We used Beckett to get to and from the cruise port. They were amazing! The communication and rate with Beckett was great. Carolyn called and confirmed the pickup the day before. John was our driver going. He arrived 10 minutes early to pack all the luggage into the van and got us to the port in perfect time. Bob called us the morning we were going home and confirmed where and what time he would pick us up. Then he called when he was in the city and we confirmed with him where we were waiting. We were home by 9am. I will definitely be using Beckett for my future trips, and recommending them to all my friends and family. read more

Beckett is the only transportation service that I have used where I am at ease and do not worry about them being punctual, professional, clean, etc. No matter what happens with flight delays, etc, they are on top of it, tracking so you don't have to stress or worry about re-arranging anything. Always seamless and will use again! read more

Very reliable and friendly business on time and reasonable .They cater to all your travel needs going and returning .

We have used Beckett on several occasions to ride to and from the airport, and found them to be much more reliable than car services and they are less expensive than black car services that we priced. Coming home from the airport, sometimes it's difficult to get an Uber, and their prices are often higher. Overall, we've found them to be friendly and on-time. They will give a wake up call, and check on your flight on your return. We can recommend highly enough. read more

We have used them for years. Carolyn is an angel. She will answer all your questions and will make suggestions on pick-up times. The drivers call in advance to alert you and arrive on time. They help with the baggage on pick-up and delivery. In an emergency even her husband Nick will pick you up. read more
